if I should sleep with a lady called death
get another man with firmer lips
to take your new mouth in his teeth
(hips pumping pleasure into hips).

Seeing how the limp huddling string
of your smile over his body squirms
kissingly, I will bring you  every spring
handfuls of little normal worms.

Dress deftly your flesh in stupid stuffs,
phrase the immense weapon of your hair.
Understanding why his eye laughs,
I will bring you every year

something which is worth the whole,
an inch of nothing for your soul.

Pandora listening with Charles Bukowski?

I enjoy listening to music. As we all do. I have eclectic tastes. Everything from Julie London to James Brown. The Talking Heads to Sidney Bechet. Louie Prima to Sinead O’Conner. So I really am starting to love Pandora.

You all know that Pandora is the music streaming app that you can put on your phone or ipad. You simply set up a channel by naming a favorite artist or band and then it streams music of that group or similar bands non-stop. Or stopped only occasionally by a commercial. You can get a commercial free feed for a few dollars more but it is not worth it.

I really enjoy listening to music while I am cooking or taking a shower or just sitting on the couch reading. Recently I have been spending a lot of time in a hospital visiting so I listen with ear phones. It really passes the time effortlessly.

Melania Trump's Diary

Wow what a wonderful day. Today Donald announced his pick for Vice President and it is the boring but dependable Mike Pence the Governor of Indiana. He is what you think of when you are talking about a Republican. White Haired old white guy who is a holy roller with a stable marriage and picture perfect kids. You know everything that Donald is not. Think of it as an olive branch to all the Rhinos and phony conservatives. We could have gone in an entirely different direction but Donald decide to throw them a bone. And let me tell you something….when Donald throws you a bone you really enjoy it. It will be the best sex you ever had. Just ask that whore Marla.

Anyhoo the other guys were really pissed that they got passed over. Newt went crazy. Newt is a really smart guy who has a lot of great ideas. But he is just too much of an ass kisser. Now despite what you might think Donald doesn’t really like ass kissers. He doesn’t trust it. He likes when I kiss his ass. Well more when I lick it. Especially his balloon knot. But not when some job seeker puckers up and starts smooching his touchas. So when Newt started going on FOX and talking up Donald he looked at him sort of askance. I mean nobody can twist and change to put a positive spin on what Donald does the way Newt did. Well except for our friend Eddy but he is getting paid for that. Still he was out there every day leading the charge for us. Sometimes all on his own. When that bloody whore Megyn Kelly was bashing Donnie Newt was right there to set her straight. So that was all in his favor.
But you see he was just too much like Donnie to be effective. You need a straight man. You need an Abbot not two Costellos. So Newt just didn’t cut it.

Believing There Are Only Two Genders Is ‘Genderism’

Hot Air:  Connecticut officially redefines all language dealing with “gender”

According the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF), which published an LGBT glossary of more than 250 terms, the belief that there are only two genders — male and female — should be treated as “genderism.”

The guide, which was published as part of the DCF’s Safe Harbors Project and was last updated July 7, defines “genderism” as: “The system of belief that there are only two genders (men and women) and that gender is inherently tied to one’s sex assigned at birth. It holds cisgender people as superior to transgender people, and punishes or excludes those who don’t conform to society’s expectations of gender.”

“Gender oppression,” according to the heavily-Democratic state, is “The societal, institutional, and individual beliefs and practices that privilege cisgender (gender-typical people) and subordinate and disparage transgender or gender variant people. Also known as ‘genderism.’”

"France ‘Suppressed Reports of Gruesome Torture’ at Bataclan Massacre"

Heat Street:   A French government committee has heard testimony, suppressed by the French government at the time and not published online until this week, that the killers in the Bataclan appear to have tortured their victims on the second floor of the club.
The chief police witness in Parliament testified that on the night of the attacks, an investigating officer, tears streaming down his face, rushed out of the Bataclan and vomited in front of him just after seeing the disfigured bodies.
The 14-hour testimony about the November attacks took place March 21st.
According to this testimony, Wahhabist killers reportedly gouged out eyes, castrated victims, and shoved their testicles in their mouths. They may also have disemboweled some poor souls. Women were reportedly stabbed in the genitals – and the torture was, victims told police, filmed for Daesh or Islamic State propaganda. For that reason, medics did not release the bodies of torture victims to the families, investigators said.
Maybe Newt is right.

"Islamic State says its 'soldier' behind Nice truck attack"

APAn Islamic State-run media outlet says the man who barreled his truck into a crowd in the French coastal city of Nice is a "soldier" of the group.
The Aamaq news agency on Saturday cited a "security source" as saying the attacker "carried out the operation in response to calls to target the citizens of coalition countries fighting the Islamic State."
NY Times called it a "Truck Attack".

The drummer has energy too -- she just isn't as groovy as Bonzo was.

Nigel Farage To Address RNC In Cleveland

Sorry for a link to stale news (announced 2 days ago).

I think it will be an interesting litmus test for Americans. The man is articulate.

As far as I know, Farage has never warmed to Trump.

Newt: We are at war

“Let me start where I am coming from and let me be as blunt and direct as I can be — western civilization is in a war. We should frankly test every person here who is of a Muslim background, and if they believe in Sharia, they should be deported,” Gingrich said. “Sharia is incompatible with western civilization. Modern Muslims who have given up Sharia — glad to have them as citizens. Perfectly happy to have them next door. But we need to be fairly relentless about who our enemies are.”

The NBA is dead to me

I had New York Knicks tickets for about twenty one years. I went to on average three games a week. But never again. I won't even watch it anymore.

The NBA has become the politically correct haven of Anti-Americanism that is just not something that I can support ever again. The recent appearance of NBA Stars on ESPN to pimp Black Lives Matters after the deaths of the police officers in Dallas was the last straw for me.

I did not see the live broadcast as I boycott ESPN after what they did to Curt Schilling. Which is rich because I hate the mo who is endlessly praised because he had his menstrual blood on his sock when he pitched against the Yankees. But he still has the right to voice his personal opinions off the air without getting fired.

Bloody Megyn Kelly shows her true colors...refuses to back boss who had her back because she wants to protect her career!

Bloody Megyn Kelly has remained silent during the ongoing dust up about allegations of sexual harassment against her boss Roger Ailes. You will remember how he came to her defense when she got into it with Donald Trump. He didn't back down and Trump didn't do a Fox debate that cost the network millions of dollars in lost revenue because Ailes refused to remove a prejudiced journalist from the debate.

The Savages are emboldened by this President and his agenda of delegitimizing the police. It can happen to you.

By Warner Todd Hudson, Brietbart News July 14, 2016

Police are seeking a pair of African American youths after surveillance video showed them launching a brutal sneak attack in Greenwich Village that left a 75-year-old man unconscious and seriously injured.

The New York Police Department released images of the surveillance video taken on Wednesday, just after 2 p.m. at 120 W. 14th Street, according to PIX 11.

"FBI agents signed NDA for matters involving Hillary’s emails"

NY Post:  “This is very, very unusual. I’ve never signed one, never circulated one to others,” said one retired FBI chief.

An FBI agent currently on the job admitted, “I have never heard of such a form. Sounds strange.”

Meanwhile, FBI agents expressed their “disappointment” over FBI Director James Comey’s decision not to recommend charges against Clinton, sources close to the matter told The Post.

“FBI agents believe there was an inside deal put in place after the Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton tarmac meeting,” said one source.

Newt Gingrich on Donald Trump back in February

Pro Publica:  “This is not a guy who’s shallow or simple, but he is a guy who knows an immense amount about marketing, which is why he talks at a fourth-grade level. He talks at the lowest level of any candidate in either party, not because he’s stupid,” Gingrich said told the crowd of executive-level political staffers and corporate sponsors. “He does it because he knows if you talk at a fourth-grade level everybody can understand you.”

Gingrich remained neutral in the GOP primary until May, when he endorsed Trump and said he wouldn’t rule out joining the ticket. He met Wednesday with Trump in Indiana and according to CNN was seen leaving a hotel in the same motorcade as Trump’s children.

In the February speech, Gingrich said he had no idea what kind of president Trump might be. “I do not believe anybody including Trump can tell you what a Trump presidency would be like,” Gingrich said.

The recording of the speech was made available to ProPublica by the Center for Media and Democracy, a Madison, Wisconsin, group with the stated goal of exposing corporate influences on politics.

At one point, Gingrich suggested he was shocked to hear of a highly educated supporter of Trump’s. “I had a very sophisticated medical doctor in Des Moines write me two days ago and say he sent a thousand dollar check to Trump. And I wrote back and said what are you doing?” Gingrich said to laughs. “He said I have finally concluded that we have to kick over the table in Washington.”

Gingrich and the Trump campaign did not immediately respond to requests for comment Wednesday evening.

Belly to Belly Summit on Long Island!

You never know who you are going to run into at Home Goods. We were picking up a few household baubles at Home Goods in Rockville Centre to bring to my Mother-in-Law. You know knick knacks and useful things like a paper towel rack, cutting boards, oven mitts and a mattress pad.

So I am standing in line and look over to the back of the line. Who do I see? Joe Gatto from "Impractical Jokers" on TruTV. This is a pretty funny hidden camera show with four neighborhood guys from Staten Island who play practical jokes on each other and get people to react. It is a pretty funny show. It has a contest format. A typical gag is they have a phone and stop people and ask them they speak Spanish and can they translate texts which are some crazy obscene stuff. Or they have a fake focus group in a Supermarket and give out free samples and then ask outrageous questions that the other guys script for them. They count up who completes the tasks and whoever loses has some terrible task like jumping out of an airplane or being a nasty judge at a kids pageant and getting hate from the audience. It is a pretty funny show.

So I tell the wife "Hey I am going to get a photo with Joe." I walk over and go "Hey Joe who you doing? Can I get a pic?  We can match bellies." He was very nice. He is famous for running around with his fat gut hanging out in inappropriate bathing suits. Just like I do only I don't do it for money. I do it just to make everyone uncomfortable at the pool.

"Sure" he says and we snap a quick shot. I tell him "That was very funny." He goes "What was funny?" "The look of terror when you saw that I recognized you. Nice." He laughed "Yeah it can be kind of scary."

Of course then he put on a show at the line. People were laughing and having fun. It was pretty cool.

He waved as he got in the car and then faked like he was going to run us over in the parking lot.

You never know who you are going to run into at Home Goods.

It's a Mystery......nobody I know is voting for Trump!

Swing-state stunner: Trump has edge in key states

Did Donald Trump really just surge past Hillary Clinton in two of the election's most important battlegrounds?

New swing-state polls released Wednesday by Quinnipiac University show Trump leading Clinton in Florida and Pennsylvania — and tied in the critical battleground state of Ohio. In three of the states that matter most in November, the surveys point to a race much closer than the national polls, which have Clinton pegged to a significant, mid-single-digit advantage over Trump, suggest.

The race is so close that it's within the margin of error in each of the three states. Trump leads by three points in Florida — the closest state in the 2012 election — 42 percent to 39 percent. In Ohio, the race is tied, 41 percent to 41 percent. And in Pennsylvania — which hasn't voted for a Republican presidential nominee since 1988 — Trump leads, 43 percent to 41 percent.

And now America's foremost historian goes after Trump

Was FBI Director Comey recommendation not to indict Hillary fraught with conflict of interest?

"FBI Director Comey is a board member of Clinton Foundation connected bank HSBC."
It seems that our beloved FBI Director is or until very recently was a director and board member of HSBC, which is tightly connected to the Clinton Foundation. Check out some of these links:
“Mr. Comey’s appointment will be for an initial three-year term which, subject to re-election by shareholders, will expire at the conclusion of the 2016 Annual General Meeting.”
“Clinton foundation received up to $81m from clients of controversial HSBC bank”
It’s like a revolving door of money and special projects that the bank and the CF are involved in.
This is the same HSBC that was accused of laundering drug cartel money, was heavily involved in the LIBOR scandal, and who knows what else, and all while our esteemed FBI Director James “she didn’t intend it” Comey was part of the senior leadership.

Trump's hands

Obama's bookstore

Speech by a real US President with all his faults...not the ravings of a worthless sack of shit.

Today, the nation grieves, but those of us who love Dallas and call it home have had five deaths in the family. Laura and I see members of law enforcement every day. We count them as our friends. And we know, like for every other American, that their courage is our protection and shield.
We’re proud [of] the men we mourn and the community that has rallied to honor them and support the wounded. Our mayor, and police chief and our police departments have been mighty inspirations for the rest of the nation.
These slain officers were the best among us. Lorne Ahrens, beloved husband to detective Katrina Ahrens and father of two. Michael Krol, caring son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend. Michael Smith, U.S. Army veteran, devoted husband and father of two.
Brent Thompson, Marine Corps vet, recently married. Patrick Zamarippa, U.S. Navy Reserve combat veteran, proud father and loyal Texas Rangers fan.
With their deaths, we have lost so much. We are grief stricken, heartbroken and forever grateful. Every officer has accepted a calling that sets them apart.
Most of us imagine if the moment called for, that we would risk our lives to protect a spouse or a child. Those wearing the uniform assume that risk for the safety of strangers. They and their families share the unspoken knowledge that each new day can bring new dangers.
But none of us were prepared, or could be prepared, for an ambush by hatred and malice. The shock of this evil still has not faded. At times, it seems like the forces pulling us apart are stronger than the forces binding us together. Argument turns too easily into animosity. Disagreement escalates too quickly into de-humanization.
Too often, we judge other groups by their worst examples, while judging ourselves by our best intentions. And this is…
And this has strained our bonds of understanding and common purpose. But Americans, I think, have a great advantage. To renew our unity, we only need to remember our values.
We have never been held together by blood or background. We are bound by things of the spirit, by shared commitments to common ideals.
At our best, we practice empathy, imagining ourselves in the lives and circumstances of others. This is the bridge across our nation’s deepest divisions.
And it is not merely a matter of tolerance, but of learning from the struggles and stories of our fellow citizens and finding our better selves in the process.
At our best, we honor the image of God we see in one another. We recognize that we are brothers and sisters, sharing the same brief moment on Earth and owing each other the loyalty of our shared humanity.
At our best, we know we have one country, one future, one destiny. We do not want the unity of grief, nor do we want the unity of fear. We want the unity of hope, affection and high purpose.
We know that the kind of just, humane country we want to build, that we have seen in our best dreams, is made possible when men and women in uniform stand guard. At their best, when they’re trained and trusted and accountable, they free us from fear.
The Apostle Paul said, “For God gave us a spirit not of fear, but of strength and love and self-control.” Those are the best responses to fear in the life of our country and they’re the code of the peace officer.
Today, all of us feel a sense of loss, but not equally. I’d like to conclude with the word of the families, the spouses, and especially the children of the fallen. Your loved one’s time with you was too short. They did not get a chance to properly say goodbye. But they went where duty called. They defended us, even to the end. They finished well. We will not forget what they did for us.
Your loss is unfair. We cannot explain it. We can stand beside you and share your grief. And we can pray that God will comfort you with a hope deeper than sorrow and stronger than death.
May God bless you.

Hope we have a post on Pissy's conduct at the memorial for the Dallas cops.

Okay, Buddy, you asked for it.

MIr Islam

This site says 2 years for calling in  false 911 emergency alarms.

Kurt Schlichter posted Mir Islam got two years along with the photo of NRA president and that made me wonder what Mir Israel looks like.

He is twenty-one years old engaged in carding, doxing, and swatting. He was charged with identity theft. Part of a group of some four other online harassers bothering other students, a cheerleader he was infatuated with, then a bomb threat the White House, celebrities, false shootings, NRA attorney.

Krebsonsecurity's description is more detailed and personal but not so clearly told as straight news. He's written the most. He says Mir got one year.

Google Images [mir islam] There is a photo a man with Mir's face who works out. With an arm fully tattooed, and gym pants pulled down low to his pubic area. The Photoshopped face has been properly feathered when selected and re-sized appropriately and repositioned to the right angle. His small ear covers the background ear, the two necks align well, and the color shade and tone and value are matched. But the body is out of focus while the face is sharply focused. The person who photoshopped did not apply Gaussian blur to match face to body. So close but no cigar. It's funny because it shows the fat kid knows he does not have discipline and wherewithal to work out, but wishes anyway. The Photoshop put his hangup on display. This one.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch Opening Statements

Link to video

"While I understand that this investigation (into Hillary's careless handling of classified material) has generated significant public interest, as attorney general it would be inappropriate for me to comment further on the underlying facts of the investigation or the legal basis for the teams recommendation. But, I can tell you that I'm extremely proud of the tremendous work of the dedicated prosecutors and agents on this matter. Thank you for this opportunity to make this opening statement."

"A lot of holes in GOP presidential ground game in key states"

APPresidential battleground states were supposed to be swarming with Republican Party workers by now.

"We've moved on to thousands and thousands of employees," party chairman Reince Priebus declared in March, contrasting that with the GOP's late-blooming staffing four years earlier. "We are covering districts across this country in ways that we've never had before."

That hasn't exactly happened, a state-by-state review conducted by The Associated Press has found.

With early voting beginning in less than three months in some states, the review reveals that the national GOP has delivered only a fraction of the ground forces detailed in discussions with state leaders earlier in the year. And that is leaving anxious local officials waiting for reinforcements to keep pace with Democrat Hillary Clinton in the states that matter most in 2016.

To be sure, the national party actually has notched record levels of fundraising over the past few years and put together a much more robust ground game than it had in 2012. But officials acknowledge the real competition isn't their past results or the chronically cash strapped Democratic Party. It's Clinton and what GOP party chairman Priebus calls "that machine" of Clinton fundraising.

Some examples of Republican shortfalls: Ohio Republicans thought they were going to see 220 paid staffers by May; in reality there are about 50. Plans for Pennsylvania called for 190 paid staffers; there are about 60. Iowa's planned ground force of 66 by May actually numbers between 25 and 30. In Colorado, recent staff departures have left about two dozen employees, far short of the 80 that were to have been in place.

Prescient Satire

Drawn by Barry Blitt and published as satire to "show it as the fear-mongering ridiculousness that it is," every aspect of the work perfectly captures the Obama legacy.

Jay Stalien, Police Officer from Riviera Beach, Florida

From Imgur:

I woke up every morning, put my freshly pressed uniform on, shined my badge, functioned checked my weapon, kissed my wife and kid, and waited for my wife to say the same thing she always does before I leave, “Make sure you come back home to us”. I always replied, “I will”, but the truth was I was never sure if I would. I almost lost my life on this job, and every call, every stop, every moment that I had this uniform on, was another possibility for me to almost lose my life again. I was a target in the very community I swore to protect, the very community I wanted to help. As a matter of fact, they hated my very presence. They called me “Uncle Tom”, and “wanna be white boy”, and I couldn’t understand why. My own fellow black men and women attacking me, wishing for my death, wishing for the death of my family. I was so confused, so torn, I couldn’t understand why my own black people would turn against me, when every time they called …I was there. Every time someone died….I was there. Every time they were going through one of the worst moments in their lives…I was there. So why was I the enemy? I dove deep into that question…Why was I the enemy? Then my realization became clearer. I spoke to members of the community and listened to some of the complaints as to why they hated cops. I then did research on the facts. I also presented facts to these members of the community, and listened to their complaints in response. This is what I learned:

Complaint: Police always targeting us, they always messing with the black man. Fact: A city where the majority of citizens are black (Baltimore for example) …will ALWAYS have a higher rate of black people getting arrested, it will ALWAYS have a higher rate of blacks getting stopped, and will ALWAYS have a higher rate of blacks getting killed, and the reason why is because a city with those characteristics will ALWAYS have a higher rate of blacks committing crime. The statistics will follow the same trend for Asians if you go to China, for Hispanics if you go to Puerto Rico, for whites if you go to Russia, and the list goes on. It’s called Demographics

Complaint: More black people get arrested than white boys. Fact: Black People commit a grossly disproportionate amount of crime. Data from the FBI shows that Nationwide, Blacks committed 5,173 homicides in 2014, whites committed 4,367. Chicago’s death toll is almost equal to that of both wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, combined. Chicago’s death toll from 2001–November, 26 2015 stands at 7,401. The combined total deaths during Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003-2015: 4,815) and Operation Enduring Freedom/Afghanistan (2001-2015: 3,506), total 8,321.

Complaint: Blacks are the only ones getting killed by police, or they are killed more. Fact: As of July 2016, the breakdown of the number of US Citizens killed by Police this year is, 238 White people killed, 123 Black people killed, 79 Hispanics, 69 other/or unknown race. Fact: Black people kill more other blacks than Police do, and there are only protest and outrage when a cop kills a black man. University of Toledo criminologist Dr. Richard R. Johnson examined the latest crime data from the FBI’s Supplementary Homicide Reports and Centers for Disease Control and found that an average of 4,472 black men were killed by other black men annually between Jan. 1, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2012. Professor Johnson’s research further concluded that 112 black men died from both justified and unjustified police-involved killings annually during this same period.

Complaint: Well we already doing a good job of killing ourselves, we don’t need the Police to do it. Besides they should know better. The more I listened, the more I realized. The more I researched, the more I realized. I would ask questions, and would only get emotional responses & inferences based on no facts at all. The more killing I saw, the more tragedy, the more savagery, the more violence, the more loss of life of a black man at the hands of another black man….the more I realized. I haven’t slept well in the past few nights. Heartbreak weighs me down, rage flows through my veins, and tears fills my eyes. I watched my fellow officers assassinated on live television, and the images of them laying on the ground are seared into my brain forever. I couldn’t help but wonder if it had been me, a black man, a black cop, on TV, assassinated, laying on the ground dead,..would my friends and family still think black lives mattered? Would my life have mattered? Would they make t-shirts in remembrance of me? Would they go on tv and protest violence? Would they even make a Facebook post, or share a post in reference to my death? All of my realizations came to this conclusion. Black Lives do not matter to most black people. Only the lives that make the national news matter to them. Only the lives that are taken at the hands of cops or white people, matter. The other thousands of lives lost, the other black souls that I along with every cop, have seen taken at the hands of other blacks, do not matter. Their deaths are unnoticed, accepted as the “norm”, and swept underneath the rug by the very people who claim and post “black lives matter”. I realized that this country is full of ignorance, where an educated individual will watch the ratings-driven news media, and watch a couple YouTube video clips, and then come to the conclusion that they have all the knowledge they need to have in order to know what it feels like to have a bullet proof vest as part of your office equipment, “Stay Alive” as part of your daily to do list, and having insurance for your health insurance because of the high rate of death in your profession. They watch a couple videos and then they magically know in 2 minutes 35 seconds, how you are supposed to handle a violent encounter, which took you 6 months of Academy training, 2 – 3 months of field training, and countless years of blood, sweat, tears and broken bones experiencing violent encounters and fine tuning your execution of the Use of Force Continuum. I realized that there are even cops, COPS, duly sworn law enforcement officers, who are supposed to be decent investigators, who will publicly go on the media and call other white cops racist and KKK, based on a video clip that they watched thousands of miles away, which was filmed after the fact, based on a case where the details aren’t even known yet and the investigation hasn’t even begun. I realized that most in the African American community refuse to look at solving the bigger problem that I see and deal with every day, which is black on black crime taking hundreds of innocent black lives each year, and instead focus on the 9 questionable deaths of black men, where some were in the act of committing crimes. I realized that they value the life of a Sex Offender and Convicted Felon, [who was in the act of committing multiple felonies: felon in possession of a firearm-FELONY, brandishing and threatening a homeless man with a gun-Aggravated Assault in Florida: FELONY, who resisted officers who first tried to taze him, and WAS NOT RESTRAINED, who can be clearly seen in one of the videos raising his right shoulder, then shooting it down towards the right side of his body exactly where the firearm was located and recovered] more than the lives of the innocent cops who were assassinated in Dallas protecting the very people that hated them the most. I realized that they refuse to believe that most cops acknowledge that there are Bad cops who should have never been given a badge & gun, who are chicken shit and will shoot a cockroach if it crawls at them too fast, who never worked in the hood and may be intimidated. That most cops dread the thought of having to shoot someone, and never see the turmoil and mental anguish that a cop goes through after having to kill someone to save his own life. Instead they believe that we are all blood thirsty killers, because the media says so, even though the numbers prove otherwise. I realize that they truly feel as if the death of cops will help people realize the false narrative that Black Lives Matter, when all it will do is take their movement two steps backwards and label them domestic terrorist. I realized that some of these people, who say Black Lives Matter, are full of hate and racism. Hate for cops, because of the false narrative that more black people are targeted and killed. Racism against white people, for a tragedy that began 100’s of years ago, when most of the white people today weren’t even born yet. I realized that some in the African American community’s idea of “Justice” is the prosecution of ANY and EVERY cop or white man that kills or is believed to have killed a black man, no matter what the circumstances are. I realized the African American community refuses to look within to solve its major issues, and instead makes excuses and looks outside for solutions. I realized that a lot of people in the African American community lead with hate, instead of love. Division instead of Unity. Turmoil and rioting, instead of Peace. I realized that they have become the very entity that they claim they are fighting against.

I realized that the very reasons I became a cop, are the very reasons my own people hate me, and now in this toxic hateful racially charged political climate, I am now more likely to die,... and it is still hard for me to understand…. to this day.

The Derb commits Truth again!

The specter of Narrative Collapse hovers over all these kinds of incidents now. The Narrative favored and promoted by black race activists and Main Stream Media Goodwhites is of heartless white authority figures doing violence against helpless, harmless blacks. The MSM do everything they can to reinforce that narrative. That’s why the most-publicized photograph of Trayvon Martin, who was 17 years old when George Zimmerman shot him in 2012, was one taken when he was twelve years old.

In all too many cases, that initial MSM Narrative collapses when all the details come in.

Mark's comment on Man drives BLM mob blocking road.

I wasn't ready for Mark. He is commenting at the Gateway Pundit on a video of a man blasting through BLM protesters on the highway in Illinois this weekend.
I was sitting at a stoplight yesterday, minding my own business, waiting on it to turn green. A carload of young, loud Muslims, shouting anti-American slogans, stopped next to me. The light changed, the Muslims shook their fists, hit the gas & darted off ahead of me. Suddenly an 18-wheeler came speeding thru the intersection & ran directly over their car, crushing it completely.
For several minutes I sat in my car thinking to myself, "Man, that could have been me!" So, today, bright & early, I went out & got a job as a truck driver.
Gateway Pundit, video, Man drives through BLM mob blocking road -- gives protester ride on his hood.

Poll: Majority Disapprove of Decision Not to Charge Clinton on Emails

ABC NewsA majority of Americans disapprove of the FBI's recommendation not to charge Hillary Clinton with a crime over her handling of email while secretary of state, and a similar number in a new ABC News/Washington Post poll say the issue leaves them worried about how she would handle her responsibilities as president if elected.

Most also say the email controversy won't affect their vote in the presidential election. But 28 percent say it leaves them less likely to support her, versus 10 percent who say it makes them more likely to do so.

Philippines seeks U.N. ruling against China's South China Sea encroachment

Which may earn China a rebuke.

After causing Japan to scramble jets to intercept Chinese jets approaching their airspace 200 times in three months and provocatively moving a warship right up to the Senkakus islands, how will China ever live down a U.N. rebuke?

Beijing responded that Japan is bringing up a lot of junk to the U.N. that they don't care to talk about.

"Public university now requires applicants pledge commitment to ‘diversity and inclusion’"

The College Fix:   “As of July 1, the University of Cincinnati will request a Diversity and Inclusion statement of all applicants for faculty and staff positions,” the university recently announced. “Faculty and administrative/professional applicants will be asked to submit a personal statement summarizing his or her contributions (or potential contributions) to diversity, inclusion and leadership.”...

Those applicants must now answer the question: “As an equal-opportunity employer with a diverse staff and student population, we are interested in how your qualifications prepare you to work with faculty, staff and students from cultures and backgrounds different from your own.”...

UC’s chief diversity officer, Bleuzette Marshall, did not respond to requests for comment from The College Fix. However, she told WCPO of the new policy “We want to be able to see who people are a little bit coming through the door, and we want them to know who we are, so we aren’t surprised by each other.” (emphasis added)

“We’re all better off with diversity in our lives,” according to Tamie Grunow, UC’s chief human resources officer, “and it’s part of demonstrating our commitment to diversity and inclusion and setting expectations and priorities.”

t-shirt canon banned in Victoria as firearm

Victorian police have banned the use of T-shirt cannons at AFL matches after it was deemed they are too dangerous to be operated without a license.
The cannons are classified as a category E firearm which would require a special license that police have said they will not be granting to AFL clubs.
Other weapons in this category include shotguns, bazookas and mortars.
More words like that even more offensive to liberty, pursuit of happiness, self expression and fun at Sports News.

T-shirts will be distributed in an orderly and safe fashion.

This isn't the first such incident. In looking for the item I noticed other cities in Australia busting this same move by the same reasoning. They went prostrate for actual firearm confiscation, they'll do the same for this. It's like the old aborigine saying goes give 'em an acacia and they'll take a eucalyptus every time and it always boomerangs back and bites like a dingo.

They're testing to see how far they can go.

Birds Fly (Whisper to a Scream)

things take forever
But with building bricks of trust and love
Mountains can be moved

Love come, down upon us 'til you flow like water
Burning, with the hope of insight
Feathered, look they're covered with a bright elation
Stolen, in the sight of love

We are, we are, we are but your children
Finding our way around indecision
We are, we are, we are ever helpless
Take us forever, a whisper to a scream

Trump contracts AIDS (in new Sacha Baron Cohen film)

And this has Sony Studio concerned because in test runs when the scene appears on screen the audiences goes insane with heartfelt glee. All of them do. The idea of Trump getting AIDS is extremely cathartic to European audiences and Sony fears Trump's famed litigious streak having just recently dealt with similar dictators the likes of Kim Jong Un.

Now that right there is reason enough to vote for the guy. Europeans fear him and say so and act it out. In my view that makes him perfect. Because Europeans are always 100% wrong on everything political regarding America. And they'll take no responsibility for having urged Obama.  They are terrible, nosey, intrusive, sanctimonious, self-righteous, disinclined to democracy and representation themselves, reliably socialist, and wrong. Always wrong for Americans. I've found this position reliable.

Britain must be terribly boring. Few Americans are interested in British politics, even when they do extraordinary things, as they are obsessed with ours. Obsessed simplistically with our always selecting a liberal candidate for president no mater the facts.

I usually avoid absolutes but in this case, always and always and always. Always intrusive, always socialist, always wrong.

The story at Huffington Post is interesting as any typical European's take on American conservative party, that is barely, even when the target isn't conservative as Trump is not conservative, and same goes for comments to it that reinforce an opinion that liberalism is another type of chronic disease that can be managed to varying degrees but not cured.

I haven't seen a single movie this dope made. What happens to them? Do they go straight to the discount bin and never get picked up for cable? Where do they go? Has any of you  seen one?

In like Flynn?

Trump VP Candidate Flynn Corrects ABC’s Raddatz: It’s ‘Illegal,’ ‘If They’re Here Illegally,’ Not Undocumented

Breitbart News by Pam Key July 10, 2016

Sunday, on ABC’s “This Week With George Stephanopoulos,” former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, advisor to presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, and a potential VP for Trump, retired Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn corrected guest host Martha Raddatz for referring to illegal immigrants as undocumented.
Partial transcript as follows:
RADDATZ: Let’s talk about immigration. Let me ask you, immigration, should all undocumented immigrants be deported?
FLYNN: So, undocumented or illegal?
RADDATZ: Undocumented, illegal.
FLYNN: OK. So, if you’re — if it’s illegal, it’s illegal. So…
RADDATZ: Undocumented?
FLYNN: Are they here illegally? I mean, if they’re here illegally, then it’s illegal. I mean, again, back to my very first point, the rule of law in this country is probably the single biggest strategic advantage that we have, above and beyond all other countries in the world. And we cannot allow the rule of law to break down.
( Nice. A military man who was fired for telling the truth about Islamic terrorism who is good on immigration and law and order. Good dark horse candidate for VP in my book)

sunset, moonset, time lapse, July 9th, 2016

I looked out and saw gold, ew, ew, set the thing up, just in time. There is one frame of deep color near the start apart from the rest that is genuinely remarkable.

I notice a big difference each day when the moon appears later and later at night in rather large chunks, and drops through my area of viewing more to the south  each day in rather large increments. Within days it will move out of my area of view completely. Maybe even before it becomes full.

The moon is partial and the image is false that way. The sensor collects more light than it should and it bleeds to neighboring sensors making it appear full.

The battery had 2 bars remaining and I could switch it out anytime but then fell asleep so the moon did not complete setting. It looked odd just stopping that way near the bottom and I felt some urgency to fix it to force the moon to make sense.

"Treat Rape Like Every Other Crime"

Megan McArdleThe most surprising thing about the UVA case was not that a single reporter got rooked, but that her editors let the story go ahead, and a Columbia Journalism School professor defended them for publishing the story without making a serious effort to get a response from the accused.

I understand completely the humanitarian impulse behind this. Being raped is incredibly traumatic; being treated with suspicion afterward adds insult to terrible injury. But this is not, as is often implied, a problem that is unique to rape cases. If your spouse is murdered, or simply dies under suspicious circumstances, it is quite likely that soon afterward you will find yourself subjected to interviews with police who think you were involved. You have just lost the person most important to you in the world, and now you are also being tacitly accused of having committed a crime. You are possibly facing jail or execution. It is horrible. Police don’t like having to take someone who’s grieving and make them sit through hours of interviews. But investigations are the only tool they have; they don’t know any other way to keep bad people from murdering their spouses.

And in the long run, the “I believe women” standard is not only bad for people who are accused (most of whom are men), but also bad for rape victims (most of whom are women). The Jackie debacle was an enormous setback for campus rape activists. I don’t blame the activists for having listened to Jackie without interrogating her claims too closely; a support group is not the place for rigorous investigations. But that’s why the journalists who tell their stories to a wider public are supposed to vet them carefully. (please read the whole thing)

"Midnight snacking is one of the worst things you can do"

LA TimesPeople who midnight munch don’t experience the same “food high” we get when we eat earlier in the day — and that high contributes to a feeling of fullness, regulating the amount of calories consumed, according to a study by Brigham Young University. Without that reward sensation, the tendency is to eat more food. (And let’s face it, if it’s midnight, we’re more likely to be reaching for ice cream and potato chips rather than broccoli

Snacking when you’re supposed to be sleeping can alter the ability to remember things accurately the next day, according to researchers at the Semel Institute at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Most likely this is due to your body’s circadian clock, which is affected by day to night changes. ”Try to match your light exposure and food consumption periods,” suggests study author Dawn Loh.

Late-night eating, especially if you’re sleep deprived, slows mental reaction times and attention, according to research from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Study subjects who fasted while being limited to just four hours of sleep per night “did not show… performance decline.” But sleep-deprived subjects who snacked away “showed significantly slower reaction times and more attention lapses,” according to the study.

Deray arrested in Baton Rouge

Would you like to have some fun? This is awful fun. If you are awful then this will be fun.

Last night a long video was posted by Deray live on Periscope as he walked along a highway in light rain. We do not see Deray but we hear him. He sounds like reasonable person as he walks along. He sounds like the type person you wouldn't mind knowing. He sounds like a good guy. He is describing the situation. Police are gathering and telling them to stay off the road so they do. The road narrows to shoulder, no sidewalk, so the line of people compresses as well as possible without interfering with traffic. Deray becomes a bit alarmed when too many police appear behind him. He shows the police cruiser headlights through the rain aiming the wrong way on the highway at them through the line of protesters. Then suddenly Deray is arrested from behind and a woman takes his phone  and continues. The women are screaming confused and angry and heartbroken and feeling abused again as they've done nothing wrong.

He'd been tagged. Deray was marked to be pulled out when he's spotted.

Apparently he was told previously not to be seen protesting on the highway or he'd be arrested.

The video is poor quality and my connection even worse. It stopped for me five times before I gave up with it. It's on Periscope and it's was being viewed by around 90,000 people each time it shut off. It's just people walking along the highway. A decent protest.

Blacks across the country are terribly upset their point is not being taken. People on Twitter are awful in not caring about that. I just now noticed this hashtag trending #DerayIsInJailParty.

Why a party? It's Deray's birthday. It's why they think "party" is funny because he's having his birthday party in jail.

Usually the people I follow will say something somewhat annoyingly intellectual, something they expect you to grasp by your shared education, something like, [I'm waiting for Letters from Baton Rouge] and not let onto their glee if they feel it. But this hashtag is in your face. The posters just flatly don't care who takes offense. They're having fun with racial anguish. They go to giphy and search [trump] and find an animated gif of Trump that they like and post it with their Twitter message: Pulling up to the Deray in Jail Party is like:

This is the level our discourse descended, and I have to admit it cracked me up.

Recommended this bright Sunday morning Twitter hashtag #DerayisinJailParty.

We've reached an important milestone that goes by nearly unnoticed overtaken by drama around it that continues across several cities. And as soon as the word milestone is put down I realize how unapt an idiom because milestones are put there by people who already went where you are now driving and made the road that you're on and marked miles on it. But nobody's been here before.

We've had civilian deaths by civilian drones.
We've had death by self-driven car.
Now we've had our first civilian death by state owned robot.

It hasn't been discussed publicly as policy, it just quietly happened, an available tool used when needed and few if any will question the practicality or ramifications, to use a a machine to deliver a bomb to take out an active shooter.

Dallas used bomb disposal robot to kill a Dallas shooting suspect.

Popular Mechanics.

A sort of milestone. No. An historic marker on our new road we are paving .Something that hasn't happened before. Ever in history. Although, I recall some previous story recently of a suspect being arrested and not killed, but somehow due to who the perp is and due to the issue there was an element of irony to being stopped by machine. Search [arrest, robot, ironic] produces interesting results but not helpful pulling the case I'm vaguely recalling.

It seems to me that ethically this more than opening a can of worms, sending a robot and killing who you are certain is causing your immediate problem is more akin to  bulk freighter merchant ship of worms. There is a lot of due process skipped for immediacy and while the Dallas shooter situation will be reasonable to everyone who looks at it, the next situations in line might not be so clearcut. And this Dallas situation is the thin edge of the wedge. The judgement to limit risk being key to the decision, the thick edge of the wedge as robots are developed is all police situations involving risk handled by robot.

It seems probable Glenn Reynolds will have his heart's desire while still alive and we'll all see headlines "First death by flying car" soon enough.

Aren't you glad to be alive for all these wonders to behold?
