"Woman sells wedding ring for tickets to Chiefs-Broncos game"
“It’s official! I have tickets to the game!!!” the woman selling the rings said in an email to The Kansas City Star. “We met at a jewelry store so they could verify the ring was real and matched the appraisal I had provided him.”

The Chiefs often come to Denver to kick our asses. It's not that long of a drive. She did the right thing.

I'm going to Amazon to see if their products are cool. Because if their logo is an indian chief that would compliment the Red Skins products.
Bummer. It's an arrowhead. Eh. It still compliments but not as cool as an actual chief. An arrowhead does not represent a chief. Headdress does. Missed opportunity for coolness.

Is this story getting so much play because it's a woman?
I had season tix to the Chiefs back in the 70's when they REALLY sucked. That's when Oakland was their rival and the only game they sold out. I also sold beer @ Arrowhead. It's a great venue, topped only by Lambeau IMHO. The Chiefs/Broncos became a rivalry when Denver had Elway and the Chiefs got competitive under Schottenheimer in the 90's.
I've lost 2 wedding rings doing surveillance. So, I don't wear one. My bride is fine w/ it but you can't believe the women who are not!
