Clinton: Half of Trump’s supporters fit in ‘basket of deplorables’

"Hillary Clinton said Friday that “half” of Donald Trump’s supporters could be grouped in “the basket of deplorables” at a fundraising event in New York City."
“You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump's supporters into what I call the 'basket of deplorables'. Right?” Clinton said to applause and laughter from the crowd of supporters at an LGBT for Hillary fundraiser where Barbra Streisand performed. “The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic — you name it.”

“And unfortunately there are people like that. And he has lifted them up,” she added.

Clinton then noted, as she has several times in the past, that Trump has “given voice” to white supremacist and anti-Semitic voices on the Internet.

“He tweets and retweets their offensive hateful mean-spirited rhetoric,” Clinton said. “Now, some of those folks — they are irredeemable, but thankfully they are not America.”
Somebody told Scott Adams it sounded like an alt-right rock band - the basket of deplorables. Wasn't Hillary, some years back, the one complaining about the "politics of personal destruction"? Here she is, engaging in some of it.

Funny how, in describing Trump's people, the Demos always end up describing their own.

Good politicians NEVER reveal their feelings on their opponents supporters. NEVER. Hillary is, and always has been, her own worst enemy. This "deplorable" comment is a gift. It is a motivator for Trump supporters. CNN had a poll showing Trump voters much more enthusiastic than Hillary voters. This will widen that gap even more.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

I love love LOVE seeing them give themselves away.

My sister did this throughout childhood. She always accused others of her own faults. Proving that she recognized them in herself. That she dwelt on them and blurted them out at the faintest resemblance inappropriately, being MUCH worse herself, she set her finger on her own worst character faults. Repeatedly.

Bill Clinton called Trump racist for saying exactly what he said. Admitting to everyone else his own extreme racism because "Make America great again" has nothing whatsoever to do with race and everyone knows it but him.

Two very sick peas in a shriveled poisoned pod.

Isn't deplorable kind of high brow word?

A word somebody in the establishment would use?

It also knocks down her "stronger together" branding.

I see she left out the basket of people who recognize Democrat party as malevolent force, and Republican party as useless when not actually part of it. She left out the basket of people repulsed by Democrat slow but steady and determined march through American institutions and capture of nearly all government departments, who see them using the tactics and strategy they deplore regularly, incorrectly termed McCarthyism, but amounts to straight up exclusion. She left out the basket of people who regard her, her husband, every last one of her supporters as pigs.

And not just regular pigs. Dope pigs. Feral hogs. Dangerous rooters. Ignorant, but knowing dismissers of law. Too corrupted to notice their own leprosy and brain eating amoebas. She's very narrow in her view of Trump's baskets.

I listened to Trump on CNN speaking to a smaller crowd of religious people. Looked somewhat like dinner, actually. My favorite part was them spontaneously chanting, "Lock. Her. Up." And they mean it. They're serious people now given over to chanting, decidedly unserious. I wasn't expecting that. It's not what religious people do. But there it is. And my second favorite part was the standing ovation at the end. That's not done in church either, and this had a church-like air to it, except for those two things. They'd be happy seeing her dead. Then pray forgiveness later.

If Clinton were capable of characterizing properly then she'd be fractionally capable of office. But she's not.

The contrast of her campaign voice is diametrically opposite to Trump's who comes across statesman contrasted side by side as CNN did last night. CNN shoots itself in the foot by setting their voices next to each other. You must wonder, what are you dopes even thinking? They put on Trump calmly discussing his own challenges. Then put on Shrillary destroying her own voice and her breathing. Orating as she does with an axe. She will shrill herself to death before this is over. A death richly deserved.

Here lies Hillary Clinton
Used oration voice as axe
Hackled innocent ears
By a hundred million whacks
She chopped her own voice
Until silence was foist
So even Kerry Nation boast
Finally down two sick grifting hacks.

You can almost see the flop sweat.

And smell it. The internal polling must be ghastly.

And her "husband" is doing his part.

Tell me again what a political genius he is.

PS If you wonder how she could be so stupid, Get a gander at how she looked yesterday.

And, yeah, she had another coughing fit.

Anybody wanna lay odds she'll have one during the debate?

I thought "Deplorable Me" was a Pixar movie?

Hillary hates cartoon characters.

Well except for Magilla Gorilla. That would be racist.

That shaking you feel is from all of the NeverTrumper Republicans nodding their heads in agreement with Hillary.
