Why didn't Cuomo tell the black female to pound sand? Because NO ONE in our cowed society tells a black female to pound sand no matter what she brays.
For a while, it looked as if Andy would be the Ozark Mafia's stalking horse in '16.
Realistically, I'd say his time is past and this issue would tend to vindicate that.
OTOH, Dems have been viewing blacks only in the context of their race since ... forever, unable to see outside the checked box. It's fun to watch realization dawn on them all.
To answer to the question: No. NY Democrats are not united behind their Governor.
