"Steve Bannon out as White House chief strategist"

Via Reddit: President Donald Trump has decided Steve Bannon will be out as White House chief strategist, multiple outlets reported.

The decision on the controversial Bannon comes after Trump drew ire for comments following a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Bannon was the former publisher of Breitbart News and once said the publication was the platform for the "alt-right." The Associated Press recently issued guidance that the term "alt-right" should be avoided because it is meant as a euphemism to disguise racist aims.

Didn't Bannon resign on 8/7 - a couple days before Charlottesville? AP wants us to believe that Trump fired him over C'Ville?

The term"AP" should be avoided as it is a euphemism to disguise partisan agendas.

Bannon seems to have had an inflated idea of who and what he was at the White House.

He does seem loyal to The Donald, but I can see where he may have just done himself in, conspiracy theories notwithstanding.

I predict a mini-boost for Trump from all of this. Moderates who couldn't stand Bannon will defend Trump as they realized that no one is out there and ready to be POTUS. Dems have yet to come clean on Hillary corruption. BLM & antifa will continue to overplay their hand (witness the uptick in NFL squatters, America fisters, and nut-cuppers.

I was never a Breitbart reader -- I never cared for their aesthetics -- but I've bookmarked their homepage.

Somewhat OT, but, for those keeping score, somebody now wants the statue of Jeanne D'Arc in Nawlins removed.

Because

who knows?

Here's one that deserves its own post.

Before he died, Roger Ailes wanted to start a Fox News competitor with Steve Bannon.

Looks like it's gonna happen
