"Hillary Blamed Her Email Lawbreaking On HER CONCUSSION"

From todays Clinton document dump...
Clinton stated she received no instructions or direction regarding the preservation or production of records from State during the transition out of her role as Secretary of State in early 2013. However, in December of 2012, Clinton suffered a concussion and then around the New Year had a blood clot. Based on her doctor’s advice, she could only work at State for a few hours a day and could not recall every briefing she received. Clinton did not have any discussions with aides about turning over her email records, nor did anyone from State request them. She believed her work-related emails were captured by her practice of sending email to the state.gov email addresses of her staff. Clinton was unaware of the requirement to turn over printed records at that time. Her physical records were boxed up and handled by aides.
So we now have at least two serious physical health issues that require answers: does she have the ability to work for serious lengths of time consistently, and does she forget key information? Hillary has raised those questions herself with her email server defense. She no longer gets to hide behind random charges of sexism, or indignant insistence that Donald Trump turn over his IRS records (which, for the record, he should).

That's big news. Are you going to be the only person reporting this information, Lem?

Well that doesn't shock the monkey now does it?

It's up on Gateway, too.

Now there's an admission that she can't do her work. Sounds like a perfect Willie Horton ad.

Or is it the the curtain-raiser for her withdrawal?

I have a post but out of respect to our peerless leader I am holding it for an hour.

It is on Breitbart as well.

Too cute. They have her signed briefing document.

You can just see the ads.

PS Remember how Hummus kept saying how Frumpty got confused?

Turns out she was so confused she lost cell phones with classified emails.

You couldn't make up this stuff.

This is who Democrats hold up as their poster child for competence. If we had any intelligence among GOP K-Streeters; there would be ads of Democrat congress critters supporting this basket case along side her plethora of lies.

That's why they are called the Friday follies. Less people are likely paying attention. By the time Monday or Tuesday in this case because of the 3 day weekend, they'll call it "old news".

It is a natural progression - from our first black president to our first black out drunk president.

Didn't she get that concussion while dodging sniper fire?

edutcher said...

Yes, and she still has the hat.

The FBI is in cahoots w/ the bitch, releasing this on a holiday weekend. The "I can't remember" was the pat line for many witnesses in Watergate.

edutcher said...

Yes, but it didn't save them, either.

And document drops aren't as effective in the Age of the Internet.

True, ed. And since Jerry stopped doing the telethon, there's nothing to watch Labor Day weekend.

IMO, Aerosmith peaked with "Toys In The Attic." It was downhill from there on out.

I've defended numerous traumatic brain injury cases through the years. Sometimes it's real and when it's real there was indisputable loss of consciousness, Glascow coma scale of 13-14 or less, contemporaneous dizziness, ataxia, nausea and short term memory loss, and MRI findings of acute brain injury. There is such a thing as mild traumatic brain injury. Long story short: It clears up in 1-6 months to a year at most (unless gets are repeated injuries, as I sports). Then, of course, there are the fakers. The mild TBI people (and the fakers) always have a selective memory for facts in testimony. Things they don't want to remember they don't remember. Stuff they want to remember (the excruciating pain, my client being entirely at fault for the accident, etc.), THAT they remember. The trick is to get them remembering lots of stuff then show comparatively the stuff they conveniently don't remember.

Did Clnnton suffer a traumatic brain injury and what do the contemporaneous medical records say? Or is this all an elaborate long term fake out? I don't put that past the woman who was/is so convinced in the existence of a vast right wing conspiracy (hahahahaha-utterly ridiculous).

There's also tricks to dealing with the big exec who "can't remember" anything about the facts of the case. You start by being decent and showing them documents; they're busy people and not obligated to prepare to answer your questions. Is that your signature on this document? Is that a document you would normally sign in the ordinary course of biz? Etc etc. If they dig in and refuse to remember, there's ways you can twist the knife and/or get testimony that makes their lack of recollection appear ludicrous. None of which were deployed by the FBI I bet.

Amartel, The FBI phoned this one in. I could tell by Comey's testimony in July and confirmed by their report. Martha Stewart is pissed!
