Owner of the New York Times funneled money to Clinton's through off the books transaction with the Clinton Foundation.

The Clinton Foundation’s $20 million off-the-books mystery

New York Post By Isabel Vincent November 5, 2016

The inner workings of a mysterious off-the-books arm of the Clinton Foundation were partially revealed in the hacked emails of Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta.
The little-known Haiti Development Fund, an LLC incorporated in Delaware in August 2010, was created by the Clinton Foundation with an initial endowment of $20 million from shady Canadian mining mogul Frank Giustra and Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim.
The Fund was supposed to supply desperately needed seed money to Haitian entrepreneurs after an earthquake devastated the country in January 2010.
But The Post found only one project that it funded with a fraction of the start-up cash.

One Of These Things Is Not Like The Other

Election week 2016 is not like election week 2012.

Hurricane Sandy hit New Jersey October 29, 2012.  It appeared that Sandy effectively derailed the Romney/Ryan campaign.  They lost momentum; Chris Christie hugged Barack Obama; the race was over.

But that's not what happened.

The Romney/Ryan campaign ran out of gas in the second week of October.  They were running out of money.  They cut back on rallies and advertising.  Campaign staff was disoriented and didn't know where to send the candidates next.  There was no emotion among the Republican voters; no unifying theme; no issue that ignited passions.  They couldn't deal with the relentless media pounding they were getting.

I stared in disbelief as Scott Walker always the model of decorum, publicly excoriated the Romney team and Romney himself for not flooding Wisconsin with ads and rallies.  And for not parking Paul Ryan here to go from city to city in the midwest.  Wisconsin was in play.  It was winnable.  The same happened in other states that were winnable.  Governors and senators begged to have the candidates come to their states.  The Romney/Ryan campaign went into full paralysis.

They couldn't close the deal.  They lost the election.

Election week 2016 is different.  Very different.  The passions are as high has can be remembered.  Trump is 70 years old, and flying to three, four, five, or six rallies each day.  He is tireless.  His crowds are consistently huge; far larger than Clinton's crowds.  Make America Great Again resonates in rallies and in ads.  His campaign is flawless.  Kellyanne Conway and Steve Bannon have done a masterful job running a campaign with all the media stacked against them (as well as some in the candidate's political party).

Someone threatened to harm him tonight in Reno.  He returned to the stage and finished his speech.  We did not see heart and passion from the candidate in 2012.

The numbers have turned toward Trump at the right time.  He may win this thing.

But if he doesn't, it won't be because he and his campaign didn't give everything they have during the final week.

Wikileakes: Excepts from John Podesta's Email to Hillary Clinton

John Podesta: I can't help what I do! I can't help it, I can't...
Hillary: The old story! We never can help it in court!
John Podesta: What do you know about it? Who are you anyway? Who are you? Criminals? Are you proud of yourselves? Proud of breaking safes or cheating at cards? Things you could just as well keep your fingers off. You wouldn't need to do all that if you'd learn a proper trade or if you'd work. If you weren't a bunch of lazy bastards. But I... I can't help myself! I have no control over this, this evil thing inside of me, the fire, the voices, the torment!
Huma: Do you mean to say that you have to rape children at Satanic rituals?
John Podesta: It's there all the time, driving me out to wander the streets, following me, silently, but I can feel it there. It's me, pursuing myself! I want to escape, to escape from myself! But it's impossible. I can't escape, I have to obey it. I have to run, run... endless streets. I want to escape, to get away! And I'm pursued by ghosts. Ghosts of mothers and of those children... they never leave me. They are always there... always, always, always!, except when I do it, when I... Then I can't remember anything. And afterwards I see those posters and read what I've done, and read, and read... did I do that? But I can't remember anything about it! But who will believe me? Who knows what it's like to be me? How I'm forced to act... how I must, must... don't want to, must! Don't want to, but must! And then a voice screams! I can't bear to hear it! I can't go on! I can't... I can't...

De Blasio learned his corruption at Hillary's Knee and it is all falling apart.

Former hospital will be turned into luxury high-rise

New York Post By Rich Calder November 4, 2016

A former Brooklyn hospital that Mayor de Blasio unsuccessfully fought to keep open and then suggested be converted to affordable housing is now going to be turned into a luxury high-rise — another policy black eye for Hizzoner.
Fortis Property Group, which owns the Long Island College Hospital site in Cobble Hill, announced Friday it will not seek a compromise rezoning — as de Blasio had hoped — so it can move forward with more profitable market-rate condos in 529,000 square feet of space.
The mayor had hoped Fortis would build a 900,000-square-foot mixed-used development with more than 200 affordable apartments.
“Based on the high demand for community facility space at this premier location, timing and other development factors, an as-of-right redevelopment is the most profitable,” said Fortis president Joel Kestenbaum.

'Gentlemen,' he said, 'I don't need your organization, I've shined your shoes I've moved your mountains and marked your cards. But Eden is burning -- either brace yourself for elimination or else your hearts must have the courage for the changing of the guards.'

Dylan has never explained to whom those lyrics referred. They are timeless and could be projected onto Trump. Recorded in 1978, other lyrics suggest that Dylan was self-referential with "16 years" referring back to 1962 when he took the stage. Anyways, it's been about 16 years since Bill Clinton left and there are plenty of desperate men and desperate women divided, spreading their wings 'neath falling leaves.

"Wikileaks shows Emanuel's use of personal domain"

Mayor Rahm Emanuel has used personal email accounts to communicate with top government and political figures, including through his own custom email domain that's similar to the one Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton used on a private email server as secretary of state.
Emanuel registered his personal email domain,, on May 16, 2011 — the same day he was sworn into office as Chicago's mayor, records show.
That personal account surfaced among thousands of hacked emails from Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta posted by WikiLeaks late last month. A subsequent search for the mayor's email domain in 30,000 emails released by the State Department earlier this year found that Emanuel used the same account to communicate with Clinton when she was secretary of state.

Sunset Magazine, make ahead white wine gravy

This comes from Sunset November 2016 issue.

Sunset says that by not relying on pan drippings this approach takes the hassle out of gravy. See, you bake a turkey and make a gravy from the pan drippings and that last minute task is a hassle. It advises to have the broth measured and ready to whisk in at the right moment after the flour is browned.

The new technique prepares a broth using carcass bits from the turkey and mirepoix vegetables and herbs boiled together, then you brown dry flour in the same pot and then whisk in the broth that you made.

The whole approach is a bit backwards. First you make turkey broth by boiling the turkey backbone, the neck, the tail, pieces of giblets excepting the liver, with carrots, onion, celery and thyme and chicken broth and wine for a few hours then straining out the solids for a couple quarts of broth.

You do not chill to separate the layers of fat, aspic, and liquid.

Then in the same pot you brown considerable dry flour. More than 1 tablespoon per cup because browned flour has less thickening ability. So says Sunset. They have you brown the flour for ten minutes until it smokes and develops a rich brown color. They are suggesting 1 + 1/4 flour for 2 cups of the broth you prepared to form a smooth paste then add additional 6 cups of prepared broth and 1/2 cup more wine and more thyme for a final flavor boost. Bring to boil for ten minute to blend the flavors. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.

This bugs me. It’s pretty much why Sunset is not useful for me.

The recipe has no butter. It is relying on the fat from the turkey protein added at the beginning and inside the broth that is not separated. Not controlled for amount of fat. Whatever you have there in the back, tail, and skin of your turkey pieces will be the amount of fat in the final gravy. That’s taking a chance and leaving flavor to happenstance. It’s careless.

The combination of butter and wine is just tremendous. This combination is one of the more powerful contributions of French style cooking and it’s dismissed by Sunset’s suggestion.

No. Don’t do that. Don’t miss the opportunity for butter and wine. Just don’t do that. Nothing is gained in convenience for dismissing that opportunity. Browning the dry flour is plainly silly.

Cajun cooks make their roux with oil and flour and brown the flour that way to desired darkness, blond, light brown to very dark brown.

French cooks use butter and do the same thing. The butter browns to noisette (hazelnut color) and so does the flour.

If the turkey broth is chilled then the fat and the aspic can be separated and controlled. The fat added here with butter to brown the flour to desired darkness and have the flavor of both butter and turkey fat. The French have mastered this technique. It is not improved by Sunset’s bizarre reversal. I don’t even have to taste them in a side by side comparison to know that the butter wine combination will win any contest. Wine added to butter is magnificent and Sunset’s technique dismisses that magnificence. Their technique merely adds wine to liquid and that shortchanges the end product. Good as their gravy will taste, it would be much improved by sticking to French tradition of butter (and turkey fat) roux with their mirepoix vegetables added. This way the vegetables are browned along with the roux and you'll have all the levels of complexity that Maillard reaction contributes.

Those two contributions are missing in Sunset’s approach. They get the flour browned and that’s it. So naked. They could have butter with wine, a synergistic magnificence, and vegetable browning as well, for a much richer gravy.

Look, credit where it due, the French have this whole butter roux and with mirepoix vegetables and wine thing down to an art form. It cannot be improved with Sunset shortcuts and reversals. Everything imaginable has already been tried. And the Sunset approach of browning dry flour with all the liquid dumped directly into it is no shortcut, no convenience, no advantage with no improvement. Sunset will lead you astray.

American Surrogates Are in Demand for Chinese Families

The first time Dianna Barindelli carried a baby that wasn't her own was in 2012. "We were done having kids, but I still wanted to be pregnant," says the Modesto, Calif., stay-at-home mom, whose own daughters are 6 and 9. Barindelli signed up with the Center for Surrogate Parenting in Encino, one of the most exclusive surrogacy agencies in the world. In 2014, she matched with a Chinese couple. Unlike many agencies, CSP first shows parent applications to the surrogates, rather than the other way around. "It's little things that you'll connect with people over," says Barindelli, who was attracted to pictures of the couple's extended travels and their traditional wedding photos.
The embryo transfer took place in late 2014. Barindelli emailed the mom weekly, sending updates and ultrasound pictures with WeChat, an app that offers instantaneous translation. The intended parents (IPs) planned to be there for the birth, but the baby boy arrived two weeks early, 24 hours before they arrived. Says Barindelli: "I texted and made sure [the mom] was OK with him staying in my room. I cleared everything with her. I didn't want her to feel bad that she wasn't there."

Mariah Carey called James Packer’s prenup offer ‘insulting’

New York Post By Kathianne Boniello November 5, 2016

Mariah Carey scoffed at her wealthy ex’s idea of a prenup, calling it “tacky and insulting,” according to a report.
The singer, reportedly worth more than $500 million herself, balked at Australian businessman James Packer‘s offer, which included $6 million a year for each full year of marriage, an allowance for clothes and the use of a private plane, TMZ reported Saturday.
Packer, himself worth an estimated $3 billion, was willing to pay for a credit card for Carey but didn’t want any jewelry or items worth more than $250,000 outside of special occasions to be considered a gift unless they specifically wrote, “This is my gift to you,” according to the site.
Packer had agreed to a $50 million lump sum if their union failed, Mariah had claimed. The pair recently broke up.

Big Papi is so big they have to name a gate after him...because he couldn't fit through a regular door.

Big Papi is getting a Logan Airport gate named after him

New York Post By Associated Press November 5, 2016

BOSTON — Red Sox fans will soon have another memory of recently-retired slugger David Ortiz when traveling out of Boston’s Logan Airport.
An employee of JetBlue Airlines announced to Big Papi and a crowd that the airline was naming Gate 34 in Terminal C after him during a private party to honor the star at a restaurant in Boston’s Seaport District on Friday night.
“You mean I’m going to have my own gate at the airport?” Ortiz said, holding a microphone on the stage. “You’re (messing) with me, aren’t you?”
Ortiz has been talking with the press and reminsicing about his career including the roads not taken. "You know I am sorry I did not listen to George and sign with the Yankees. If I played with them they would have named a disease after me. Muy bueno."
The event was sponsored by JetBlue, MasterCard, Bank of America and Dunkin Donuts and was billed as “an evening dedicated to honoring David Ortiz.”
The 40-year-old slugger retired after his 20th season in the majors when Boston was swept in the ALDS by Cleveland last month.
He went out with a solid regular season, hitting .315 with 38 homers and 127 RBIs in his 14th and final with the Red Sox.
Boston picked up his option on Thursday as a formality.

Who To Believe?

The polling numbers are all over the place.

Which poll do you believe?

The broadcast media often quotes the Real Clear Politics poll, currently showing Hillary Clinton at +3.  Except it's not actually a poll.  It is an average of multiple polls taken by multiple polling organizations on behalf of multiple clients.  And because it's an average of polls previously taken, it tends to look backward rather than represent a snapshot of voter preference today.

Bill Mitchell, a radio talk show host and political researcher, does a good job of unpacking the data behind the polling results. (If you are on Twitter, follow him at @mitchellvii).  The polls that have Clinton ahead are always found to have oversampled Democrat voters compared with the percentage of Republican voters.  While the voter base does, in fact, include more Ds than Rs, that number is only about 3%.  Most of the polls that predict a Clinton victory include samples that are Democrat voters +7 or greater.

Those oversampled polls are included in the Real Clear Politics average.

The LA Times/Dornsife poll is interesting for several reasons.  First, it got the results of the Romney/Obama presidential election exactly right.  Second, it is taken every morning using the same 3,000+ carefully screened voters each time.  It is more accurate in measuring the mood of the electorate on any given day than other polls, and especially better than an average of backward looking polls.

The LA Times/Dornsife poll has Trump +5.6 this morning.

Here's another thing about polls:  They don't measure what may be really important.  Say a new poll comes out that screams [Candidate X] is +11 in Texas!!  Guess what - the +11 doesn't matter.  To win the Texas electoral college votes (what really matters) all that's necessary is that a candidate is +.01, or some number greater than the electoral margin of fraud and corruption.

Did you read the article linked by Drudge this morning, by the way?  Pollsters have contributed heavily to the Clinton campaign.  Not so much to the Trump campaign.  And per the leaked Podesta emails, the Clinton campaign has given (most) polling companies sets of instructions on how their sampling should be done.  And that stooge Frank Luntz has been doing polling work for the State Department (aka the Clinton campaign) for several years.

So.  Take the polls with a grain of salt.  The propaganda is baked into most of them.  Watch the LA Times/Dornsife poll with interest.  Wait for the "surprises" to dump sometime this afternoon in time for the Sunday morning talk shows.

And Tuesday night keep an eye on the vote tally in Pennsylvania.  Who wins Pennsylvania wins the election, that's my projection.

Walter Durante, Glenn Thrush

Several news items yesterday morning said "Politico Reporter Gets Caught AGAIN Sending a Story to a Clinton Staffer for Approval" without mentioning the name of the reporter and I wondered why they didn't name the reporter in their title to shame them. I must look to see who it is.

The news item said that Glenn Thrush was "caught again" at passing his report to Democrat party officials for approval before publishing, and I was disappointed because they meant another instance of him doing so was discovered in the Wikileaks, and not another brand new instance. The article at the Daily Caller recalled a couple previous instances. Thrush and Politico defend his actions by saying he was merely checking and giving the opportunity to respond, and their subject hadn't returned Thrush's phone calls or emails, but the defense falls flat because in that instance then reporters say in their article, "the party was contacted but did not return calls," and that same courtesy of pre-approving a post is not extended to Republicans. And he did admit he's a hack.

The source pic is from the Daily Caller article. When I saw the photo I thought, "Man, this guy really does look like a prick. An actual prick. I intended to do something with that and I needed another source pic for that. By looking for one I noticed a show in Las Vegas called "Puppetry of the Penis" where these two guys play with their dicks onstage, stretching them and smashing them to make odd things out of them like the Eiffel Tower, the Loch Ness monster, and a hamburger. Who doesn't want to see that?

And all those dicks put me off the idea.

I also thought that the name Thrush reminded me of a certain fungus disease that affects people with advanced diabetes and AIDS and others with weakened immune systems. Maybe I could do something with that, but the subject does not lend itself to humor on a fine family blog such as this one.

Then comments to the article at Daily Caller compare Glenn Thrush's style of journalism with Walter Durante. But I do not agree, the scale of offense is way out of line. Plus Durante received a Pulitzer still displayed at NYT. Durante was covering for the Holomodor, Stalin's pogrom of starving out a Ukraine population while Thrush is being Hillary's little bitch. Same sort of thing, but it's a matter of scale. I cannot get overworked about Thrush. Commenters go on to discuss how obscene it is that Thrush is still employed, and that proves how corrupt Politico is at its core.

And one commenter said something that caught me off guard that for some reason I found insanely funny. It doesn't seem that funny rewriting it now, but placed within such a dreadfully serious thread, its juxtaposition had me laughing so my whole body shook and I completely lost it laughing uncontrollably. Three times. It just kills me that people are this funny in the middle of stroke-serious discussion.

* A: Thrush's name and staff photo resemble that HORRID affliction associated with HIV infection...

* B: Are you saying his manhole has been violated by a Hillary look-a-like with a diseased strap-on?

* A: Yes. You understand my carefully crafted, cryptic prose...PERFECTLY!

That kills me. All over again. Carefully crafted cryptic prose. That kills me. While there is nothing at all funny about the subject at hand.

Anyway. This will not interest you, but so what, here goes. I am getting very good at this layers vs frames thing in Photoshop. Frames are needed to make a gif. I never did understand this, but now I do. I have seen the light. I did this transition between color Thrush to b/w Durante with only three layers; the original color source pic of Glenn Thrush, a second source pic converted to black/white and adjusted to match the source pic of Durante, and the head of Durante, reversed and re-sized and tugged here and there and feathered to fit over the head of Thrush, but then converted to twenty frames. I leaned how to do this last week. Get a load of me. I'm still learning fantastically useful new things in Photoshop. It amazes me. Even if it doesn't amaze you.

The joke is even funnier now that I know the source

Some of the Photoshops appearing in comments are hilarious. These appeared under the item about Obama losing control while campaigning (again! still!) for Hillary, a Trump supporter appeared at their confab and the crowd, apparently a large one, would not shut up and pay attention to Himself.

After ignoring the article and skipping the video, I mean, come on, why bother? Then reading comments compelled me to go back up and watch the video and I'm sort of glad that I did because watching Hisself's frustration was satisfying and fun. Those people will come out to see Himself, but not all that many of them are enthusiastic about voting for Hillary. Not as they realize they're associating with federal crimes. Went like this:

"Hold up, hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up, come on now, hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up, listen to me! Hold up, hold up hold up hold up. Focus! Hold up, hold up hold up hold up. I said listen to me. Hold up, hold up hold up hold up. Focus. Hold up, hold up hold up hold up. Focus, now. Hold up, hold up hold up hold up Listen. Hold up, hold up hold up hold up. We have freedom of speech in this country, now shut up and listen to me!

That's pretty much an exact quote.

But the jokes in comments are killing me.

This is the best. I didn't realize until I used Tineye to identify the source and there are several by looking at this site to realize this is Chelsie Clinton with Hillary's two-year old granddaughter. The real title is "I'm a big sister." Apparently Chelsie is preggers again.

I didn't know that and the joke was still hilarious to me.

Incidentally, strictly for your edification, (and where else are you going to get this? Huh? ) in Photoshop there is a tool that will match the text (or anything) to the odd perspective angle of the book. The cover is a trapezoid shape and to match the text must be the same shape as the book cover. Also, the original text is red. To do this choose "transform" under the "edit" tab. Then choose "perspective" and tug inward one of the bottom corners. You'll see the other side tugs for balanced perspective. But this book cover is not balanced. So "distort" allows both sides to tug independently, and that's the tool to match the angle of the sides of the book's cover. Like this:

I added yellow lines in another layer to show the angles of text being matched. It's a small detail and hardly important for conveying the joke, but we're pros around here, and joke details matter to us.

It's a fine joke. And it shows a fine sense of humor even as the rule of law collapses in this country and with the indulgence of an entire political party, and with the collaboration of professor types and professionals, even teachers of constitutional lawyers who all must certainly know better, and all right before our dismayed eyes. This very serious issue is exceedingly divisive. Lines are drawn like I've not ever seen. Right through families, just like the first civil war.

rolling stone guilty of defamation

A federal court jury decided Friday that a Rolling Stone journalist defamed a former University of Virginia associate dean in a 2014 magazine article about sexual assault on campus that included a debunked account of a fraternity gang rape.

The 10 member jury concluded that the Rolling Stone reporter, Sabrina Rubin Erdely, was responsible for defamation, with actual malice, in the case brought by Nicole Eramo, a U-Va. administrator who oversaw sexual violence cases at the time of the article’s publication. The jury also found the magazine and its parent company, Wenner Media, responsible for defaming Eramo, who has said her life’s work helping sexual assault victims was devastated as a result of Rolling Stone’s article and its aftermath.

Molly Ringwald surprised to be offered Shirley MacLaine role

By Ian Mohr November 3, 2016   New York Post

When “Sixteen Candles” star Molly Ringwald, now 48, was offered a role in the off-Broadway version of the 1983 tear-jerker “Terms of Endearment,” she assumed she’d play the part originated by Debra Winger. Turns out the role was that of the older family matriarch played in the film by Shirley MacLaine.
Ringwald revealed at an ICP Spotlights Q&A it was Laurie Simmons, the artist mom of Lena Dunham whom she met last year and became close with, who talked her into the role. After all, MacLaine was just 49 when she played it.

Anonymous plants its flag and declares that the information it possesses will be made available "to the public in an organized, searchable, manageable way."
Anonymous 11/03/16 00:09:23 No.95833740

Over the next few days many new documents will be released. The contents of these documents will contain evidence of perhaps the largest coverup in American History. Before this happens we would like to explain ourselves and answer a few questions you may have.

Until this month, WikiLeaks and Anonymous have worked together in building an efficient, detailed, comprehensive set of documents that would be responsible for the incarceration of Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, and 21 individuals ranging from the DNC, FBI, CIA, and Clinton foundation. These documents will show without a doubt, evidence of Treason, Obstruction of Justice, Election Fraud/Manipulation, and Bribery.

This was intended to be the October surprise. But before the release of these documents, we were contacted by a member of the FBI, as well as another from the CIA, and a week later by the NYPD. All with information retaining to something much darker than even we imagined.

Due to the nature of these leaks, we all worked together as efficiently as possible to ensure two objectives.
  1. That all necessary information would be given to the public in an organized, searchable, manageable way.
  2. Those who provided us with this information would be able to find safety before these releases were made. (This concern wasn't without warrant.)

Anonymous 11/03/16 00:09:46 No.95833807

The new leaks being released this week will provide documents in the form of emails, pictures, and videos. Within these will be evidence of Bill Clinton, as well as at least 6 other Government officials, taking part in sexual acts with minors. As well as evidence of Human trafficking that also included minors.

We believe these pictures and videos were taken for the purpose of political manipulation. In order to make sure all participants followed through on a previously agreed agenda.

These documents were given to us by an American Governement official when he had come to learn that this crime had been covered up by Hilary and her staff through methods including bribery and blackmail. He also told us that due to the restricted access to these documents, they would soon know he was the one who released him to us.

We tried to make arrangements for him to exit the country safely, but he was killed before those arrangements could be carried out. We are still not sure if this is because they became aware of the leak, or if they were scared that he may in the future. In either case, his identity will be made public in this next set of leaks so that he can be honored for the hero that he was.

We will not only be releasing these documents, but we have multiple memebers of the FBI, CIA, and NYBD who will be publicly verifying their authenticity once their safety is assured.

This hack has not come from Russia or anyone else they may try to blame this on. This is a leak from Americas own Government Officials who fear for their safety had the opposed them directly due to reasons that will be made clear soon.

We thank you for your patience, as well as your determination and assistance in helping us expose the corruption that has infested our own government. Democracy will be restored to America.

Remember remember the 5th of November.
The dates would appear to preclude the possibility, but I can't help wondering if the inexplicable suicide of Maj. Gen. John Rossi two days before he was to receive his third star might have been somehow connected to the events that Anonymous is describing.

the real jonny quest

Colorado busy body control freaks strike again

Another cigarette tax. Purportedly to to raise funds to produce education programs on the evil, the waste, the harm, the health hazard, the ugliness, the unseemliness, the disgust-producing effects of smoking cigarettes, while in reality only a small portion goes for education and the rest goes to bloat state and with no oversight. A move written into Colorado constitution that cannot be undone without this same monumental effort reversed.

You don't even have to tell me to vote against State busting a move on cigarette smokers, for their own good, of course, supporters knowing so much more than citizens themselves about what's good for them and what goes against their best longterm interests. Even when they are right. Rather because they are sanctimoniously right.  Smacking people around where they feel it the most, pow, right in their pocket books to drive their point, pushing around the lower echelons because they can, because they're more powerful, more knowledge about how things like this are done, and more obsessed with the business of other people, because they're on the right side of history, is obnoxious. And then presuming to do so in such a way, engaging their co-power players, their co-sponsors pulling their legal power moves,  that gives even more money and more power to unworthy unaccountable agencies is all flatly unacceptable and deserves a punch in the nose. Expect to be disappointed, all you collective smart asses.

I don't want to hear it!

Spare me your tautology for people with ears for it. Not me. And go to hell.

And while you're at it just suck my ... pull my finger.

Ew, I hate you so much. You're obnoxious obsessions make me hate you.

All you other guys didn't even have to tell me to vote no, you're all nearly just as bad. You needn't fill my mailbox with your own insistences.  I come preloaded with F to the fuck no!

All of this all at once. Get out of my mailbox already.

Colorado currently devotes a majority of its taxes on cigarettes to health-related programs, and Amendment 72 would more than triple the per-pack tax and pass along the proceeds to a similar variety of efforts.

Who sponsored this pile of horse shit anyway? Let's see who the sanctimonious control freaks are. I need to know whom never to invite to dinner, nor from whom to never accept an invitation. I'm expecting a handful of A-type lawyers. The kind that lobby for an half an hour to decide which restaurant to go then another half hour for which route to drive there, and another half hour for who drives with whom, and then opts out at the last minute. That's no exaggeration, that actually happened.

And you know what? That guy died of ass cancer.

I shouldn't have mentioned that because I'm supposed to be sad. But frankly, that one singe incident overrides all that preceded it.

According to, here are the sponsors.

Gov. John Hickenlooper

(Colorado Public Radio, “Governor Backs Minimum Wage And Tobacco Tax Hikes, Medically Assisted Death,” September 29, 2016)

Is that all? Thank you Colorado legislators for not jumping on this bandwagon. Good Lord, Hickenlooper is for all the wrong things. Don't look at me, I didn't vote for the guy.

Wow. That's a LOT more than I anticipated. All these people despise freedom. All these people will gladly price cigarettes unreasonably and beyond reach for poor, and all to satisfy their own arrogant sanctimonious superior knowledge, understanding and comprehension of what happens to one's body when they smoke. They're all perfectly willing to kick around the bums on the street to drive their current obsessions, to kick the downtrodden, and when they are finished, when this obsession is satisfied, they move onto the next in their queue of obsessions. For they operate by triage of compulsive busybody obsessions. There is no permanent satisfaction. Just the smugness that comes with forcing the right humanitarian issues.

I didn't realize until just now exactly how much fascist impulse drives the healthcare personality type. The disgust they must feel when they see someone smoking must be intense.

A few days ago I walked over to BurgerFi, this was right before the young man came out of nowhere behind me in the darkness and yanked the door open while I was pulling it and pulling me off balance causing me to yelp, which he took for me being frightened by his sudden appearance. Right before that, the only person I saw was a tall man walking toward me and then as we passed he stopped and addressed me directly, "Do you have a cigarette I can buy from you?"

"Sorry, Pal, I don't have anything like that."

Cigarettes are already so expensive they're exchanged singularly at street level. All these medical control freaks, even the VFW!, even the military officers associations!, will have them priced out of reach for the poor. That is their aim, their desire, to price cigarettes beyond reasonable reach for the bottommost tier. What a bunch of freaking freaks.

This might be my best pizza photo, the most viewed with 44,000, with the most comments on Flickr. I don't have stats for the views on Photobucket site and that's where the Google images comes from.

And now I'm bummed out.

Because I didn't make the pizza. It's a frozen pizza. It was a joke. I used the pizza for a joke photo, and the joke photo gets only a few hundred views. People were not drawn to it by the joke, they were drawn to the original pizza and to this one more than any of the pizzas I made from scratch, dough and everything. What a bummer.

Comments go,

Wow this pizza looks freaking amazing ...

This looks delicious! ...

Great picture! I'm glad that I stumbled upon ...

This pizza looks absolutely delicious ....

Oh BITE ME! It was a joke. Didn't you notice the other photos next to it in the photostream? Come on, that's funny. Nobody cuts a slice out of pizza that way. Damnit, Janet.

Now I'm cross.

This tells you Red Baron makes the mot photogenic pizzas, for whatever that's worth.

By the way, I called Denver Pizza Co the last time I ordered with three questions I wanted to discuss, about their email coupons and online ordering, about the call box downstairs, and the like, I could tell the guy who I spoke to wanted to get me off the phone. He passed me to his supervisor who was equally impatient with my concerns. I could tell he was eager to get off the phone. I said, "I have one more thing." And I could hear him sigh with dismay.

"I need to tell you that I've tried a lot of pizzas around here and yours is the best and by far. First, I make a lot of pizzas myself but I cannot make them so good as yours. I studied your pizzas to improve my own, and I noticed a few things. One, you have cornmeal on the top as well as the bottom and that added texture is attractive. They're not just ballbearing to slide the thing off the peel into the oven. And two, your jalapeños are fresh and not pickled. The  jalapeños roasting with the pizza is excellent while the other place's pickled  jalapeños add vinegar that makes them worse.

And the guy suddenly became talkative. He talked my ass off about pizzas. He said the cornmeal on top comes from the entire dough ball being smashed on cornmeal coated surface. It's not sprinkled on top. He thanked me for complimenting their pizzas. He really did appreciate a customer noticing the specifics of their work, not just some guy saying, "You guys are the best," rather, specific reasons why  they are the best. He really dug that. And he would not shut up. He went on and on like he discovered a new best friend. I was on the other end, our roles of impatience reversed, I became all, yeah, yeah, yeah, right, hey I gotta go.

This ones for you ed.
