Horrible. Look for more simple attacks like this. I foresee snipers like the DC sniper. Remember the terror that shitbird and his son caused? Much of the country was not affected but for folks in that metro area it was life changing. I also foresee arson. A terrorist with gas cans and a fucking pack of matches. It's time to take off the gloves. Make some glass in the desert Mideast. Tactical nukes.

Did the Angry Christians do it?

Hate to make political comments while the bodies are still warm, but in the long run, this is going to help Trump. Even most idiots can deduce that bringing in more potential terrorists from the Middle East isn't a smart thing to do. Fuck the "It's not who we are" crowd of bought and paid for politicians (can you hear us Paul Ryan?).

Clearly.

The Demos - all of them - make excuses or blame white people/Christians/heterosexuals/fill in.

People are fed up.

And the BlackLives nitwits will scream when they block half the country at rush hour in 90 degree heat tomorrow and somebody gets justifiably fed up.

The DC snipers were John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo, not a father and son act.

Just another couple of Mo's.

The got caught near my brother's house - he actually heard the helicopters as the state troopers closed in.

But a brief perusal of the wiki page shows me that perhaps I should get an EOTech sight and some more range time.

There are a lot of ways to kill an unarmed citizenry without the tiniest bit of logistic help from anyone. There is no way to prevent such mindless savagery other than making it very painfully counterproductive, if you know what I mean. You kill 70 of ours - we kill 700 of yours, and so on until it stops or you're all dead. It's up to you, but that is the only deal we offer. We start with the ISIS targets and then on to palaces and ministries of sponsors of terrorism. Yea, I know that's terribly unfair, but that's all we could come with, so your move.

Sixty Grit said...

Just who do you think would do that, Bags? Obama is on their side. Hillary wants to bring them here. So for all of this big talk, the America of WWII vintage is gone. All we do now is acquiesce to the demands of our enemies.

Sixty, Dubya was doing all that. Too bad he listened to Rove and let the Lefties have their way.

You know why a lot of people like Trump?

Because they see him not doing that.

He does not apologize, he goes after his enemies. That, I think, is what this country wants and needs.

The fight is there, but you have to have somebody willing to stand against the Left. Dubya did it, he won in Iraq, but then he let the Lefties lie their faces off and said nothing.

It's not that the country is that wrong, it's the people in charge.

These were the douchebags who invented algebra after all, or so they say.

People give Israel a hard time for destroying the houses of terrorists. But unfortunately, retribution and vengeance is all their culture can understand. France should/could randomly kill 10 times the number of deaths they suffer under every attack - disproportionately aimed at the killers' families, and then that would be progress of sorts. But the country of Rousseau and Descartes would never do that. Or maybe just do some reverse sharia and amputate ten times as many random limbs.

I have a feeling the history books will judge all the Eurocrats at fault for what's going on. But she will get a good several pages of discussion all to herself.

bagoh20 said...

"Just who do you think would do that, Bags?"

Of course Obama won't. Bush did. Much of the GOP field promised toughness with Cruz being the most severe by talking about turning the desert into glass. Hillary was pretty enthusiastic about bombing Libya, and I think she would have no problem bombing ISIS, she will just be incompetent, incomplete and inconclusive about it, especially if it gets messy. Trump has said that he's against our middle east military adventurism past and future, while still saying he'd be tough and smart - whatever that means. I have no idea what he would do, especially if it gets messy, expensive, and unpopular.

I was never a fan of Bush's domestic policy, but he stayed the course in the face of overwhelming difficulty, criticism and unpopularity until we won a very expensive beachhead and control rod only to have Obama throw it away with wide popular support from all sides. I was in favor or winning and staying, by force if needed, and few agreed with that then or even today. Weakness has consequences, like leading in the long run to even more war than toughness does. I blame the American people for being fickle, and believing hope is a strategy against evil. We need to be dangerous - reliably so. Trump could bring that, but he's not convincing me yet.

chickelit said...

@R&B: I reckon that Frau Merkel plays the way she plays because she thinks it inoculates Germany from the scourge of terrorism. This is how Obama wants to play it too. Play nice, appease.

Maybe 4th graders like ed prefer that sort of talk from Trump. But theology isn't changed by elementary school children.

Many Republicans in power are pro-open borders as well -- it's because a majority of businesses are too. Their mistake was to accelerate things too quickly and the deal breaker was the outsourcing of highly skilled professions. Open boarders is a commitment that many Americans bought into as well -- hey, who doesn't hate overly-paid union workers?

Open boarders is the current business plan. That's why American business needs a businessman to show them how to slow things down before the backlash is truly damaging.

Rhythm and Balls said...

Rit, do you have anything intelligent to say, or is this the best you've got?

If you think that protesting with this nonsense that Trump the candidate or Trump the training-wheel president can reform the religion of almost 2 billion then you're deluding yourself. No one finds that to be intelligent talk. It's world-class dumb.

It should be Constitutionally easier for a President to temporarily ban immigration (direct or indirect) from war zones. No need to even name religions.* This should be Trump's position. It's easy to pass "temporary" legislation that never gets repealed or doesn't specify a time limit other than cessation of hostilities. Lots of dictators start that way.

Right, wrong, or indifferent, the Constitutional way, clunky as it can be, is the smart and safe way to do it. The problem is we have too many Lefties who just wnat to stuff the ballot boxes.

BTW, the Hildabeast finally broke her silence and says we need to launch An "Intelligence Surge".

Whatever the Hell that might be.

Ok, I'm seeing a pattern here. Were you setting policy in France? I didn't know that you were or that any American was, really. But if you ever get a chance to go there, I guess you could immigrate and annoy them as much as you do your fellow Americans. No one's stopping you from going to France and petitioning their government for a redress of grievances.
