Republican Robert Aderholt, Alabama Representative, questioned William Barr about fraudulent DOJ and FBI submissions to the FISA court to gain Title-One surveillance warrant against Carter Page.
Barr answered the Office of Inspector General has a pending investigation of the FISA process in the Russia investigation that he expect to be completed in May or June. But more generally he is reviewing the conduct of the investigation to get an understanding of the counterintelligence that was conducted during the summer of 2016.
This shows he has an interest in the origin of the Crossfire Hurricane counterintelligence operations. And it shows Barr is going a lot further than Inspector General Horowitz by going all the way to the origin.
Bloomberg reports that Barr has assembled a team to review controversial counterintelligence decisions made by Justice Department and FBI officials including actions taken during the probe of the Trump campaign.
Mucho más at Bloomberg.

Battlespace prep.
In 16 months, the Demos will be wishing they'd never started this and Bill Moyers will come out of retirement just to call the God Emperor of the Cherry Blossom Throne mean-spirited.
This guy is awesome. I rarely watch cable news anymore but I caught a bit of his toying with the congresscreatures recently and it's almost cruel. I mean, they bring it on themselves by being stupid liars and it's like feeling bad for the insects that splatter on your windshield. Most of them can't get a coherent question out even when it's been written down for them on a piece of paper by their underpaid nonunionized slave laborers.
Bill Barr and Bill Burr are my favorite bills.
It's getting good now, peoples.
