Five whoppers Google CEO Sundar Pichai told Congress

By Allum Bokhari writing for Breitbart Tech.

Under oath, testifying before House Judiciary Committee.

1) The Google CEO leads the company without political bias.

    a) He could mean his own lack of political biases

    b) He could mean lack of bias in Google's product.

LIES! Bokhari explains why.

    a) 1 hour video of Google CEO and other company executives dismayed reactions to Donald Trump's 2016 win. In which Pichai and his colleagues applauded an employee's far-left racist rant about "white privilege," and promised to respond to the election by tackling "misinformation" by investing in A.I.

    b) Google's ad services team contacted advertisers to warn them away from Breitbart News.

    c) Google banned alternative media figures and free speech apps from its services. Google refused Republican senator-elect Marsha blackburn in U.S. midterms and Toronto mayoral candidate Faith Goldy in Canada.

2) Google did not try to turn out Latino voters in key states.

Lie!

Internal Google emails say otherwise. Pichai's defense relies on pronouns "we" and "I."

3) Users can opt out of Googles' invasive tracking services.

Obvious lie. On your phone you can shut off tracking from apps all day long every day for the rest of of your life and your phone still tracks you, and that information is sold.
You have a choice of what information is collected,” said Pichai. “We give clear toggles, by category, where they can decide whether that information is collected, stored, or, more importantly, if they decide to stop using it.
Associated Press found multiple Google services on Android phones store users' location data whether or not "location history' feature is on or off. Confirmed by Stanford University. A prior investigation by Tucker Carlson found that Android phones can track you even wen disconnected from any network or in flight mode.

But they cannot track you if you are a normal person and leave your f'k'n phone at home. A phone is not like a pet that you take everywhere, say, like a parrot or a ferret. My Galaxy 7 left me a text message, "You never take me anywhere."

4) Google does not discriminate against competitors.

Google has already been hit with a huge fine from the European Union for favoring its own products such as shopping comparisons.

5) Google has diverse perspectives.

Sure. From middle of the road left to far left.

Current and former Google employees take a very different view of how welcoming Google is to non-progressive perspectives.

A lot more words at Breitbart.
