Scott Norton, Epicurious Price Points condiment expert

I like the ease of his vocabulary describing condiments. He uses "gloopy" a lot and then "volatiles" to describe molecules coming off some sauce and into his nose, "viscosity" and the like.


These videos get thousands of comments. 10% of them remark on the awesomeness of the chalkboard art as if no other viewer notices it.

This video Epicurious is first to comment with another video of their chalkboard artist describing how she approaches her work. Her name is Ro Knight and she's from Chile.
