Sweet taters

I got sweet potatoes for Christmas. And since this is such a fancy food blog I thought I might prepare them taters somehow other than sliced and fried. Figured I could pop 'em in the oven, bake them sumbitches, or mayhaps, check this, cube 'em, boil 'em and mash 'em.

I am eatin' some sweet taters right this minute. Sliced and fried, in olive oil and some beef tallow. So far, so good.

Taking time to prepare them is the real issue in my kitchen. I need to focus.
