Victor D. Hanson explains the corruption of the Obama Administration

Fourteen minutes of erudite mansplaining. You've talked about all this before but Hanson has a breathtaking way of selecting and synthesizing facts.

To his credit, Hanson was willing to give Zippy the benefit of the doubt even though it was pretty clear the Os were not his dish of lapsang soochong.

Once the capital had been expended, Hanson called 'em like he saw 'em.

Hanson is both a big picture guy and a details guy. How he keeps all those details in his head without falling out of his head is beyond me. I'm strictly big picture. Hazy big picture.

One of the lines I appreciated:

It would be easy and maybe cheap to say he (Trump) shouldn't twitter or he should be less uncouth, but the downside is outweighed by the upside, people were were so starved for candidness, candor and bluntness...

There it is, the truth, on the verge of exaggeration yet matter of factly stated, acknowledging the hunger for something more than both parties were bringing to the table.
