"Clinton's State Dept. calendar missing scores of entries"

APThe AP review of Clinton's calendar — her after-the-fact, official chronology of the events of her four-year term — identified at least 75 meetings with longtime political donors and loyalists, Clinton Foundation contributors and corporate and other outside interests that were either not recorded or listed with identifying details scrubbed. The AP found the omissions by comparing the 1,500-page document with separate planning schedules supplied to Clinton by aides in advance of each day's events. The names of at least 114 outsiders who met with Clinton were missing from her calendar, the records show.

The missing entries raise new questions about how Clinton and her inner circle handled government records documenting her State Department tenure — in this case, why the official chronology of her four-year term does not closely mirror other more detailed records of her daily meetings. At a time when Clinton's private email system is under scrutiny by an FBI criminal investigation, the calendar omissions reinforce concerns that she sought to eliminate the "risk of the personal being accessible" — as she wrote in an email exchange that she failed to turn over to the government but was subsequently uncovered elsewhere. But she's so transparent. Most transparent corrupt money grubbing liar, ever.

Would this be a correct application of ‘The Streisand Effect’? Hillary set up the server in order to avoid scrutiny, and now every scrap that can be salvaged from the purge, or other sources, is being examined and cross referenced.

The cover-up is usually worse than the original crime, but in HRC’s case I’m not so sure.

WTF is up w/ the AP? They're actually doing some investigative journalism. Will the NYT, WashPo, etc. follow suit. I would not hold your breath.

This is very significant. I would bet that many of the people who were erased had made significant contributions to the Clinton Foundation. Someone needs to find out who they are and trace their relationships to the Clinton Foundation.

Bernie says he will vote for Hillary.

"Donald Trump Campaign Demands State Department Release Hillary Clinton’s Trade-Related Emails"

The media totally ignore that the paper-back version of Clinton's latest book has been scrubbed of all her pro-TPP support. Amazing. Well, considering how corrupt the media are, I guess it's not.

State Department Blocks Release Of Hillary Clinton-Era TPP Emails Until After The Election

btw- Democracy Now - those supposed high-brow intellectual leftists - they support Hillary. Frauds.

Less to do with the calendar, per se, than what transpired. It's the minutiae that will tell the tale.

I have a funny feeling AP figures the game is up for Cacklepants and wants to be on the right side of history when President Trump takes the oath of office and the Ozarks, with the possible exception of the brood mare, do the perp walk.

Pinch and the rest of the over-the-hill hippies will go down with the ship.

PS Funny how Trump has been pounding on stuff like this but some people don't notice

Trump burns bridges and acts like an asshole. Baghdad ed says - winning!

Rats always jump off a sinking ship. The AP might be smelling the coffee. They might not think that Trump is definately going to win but that Hillary will lose. So they might want to wound her enough to get in a replacement like Biden.

AprilApple said...

He does burn bridges and acts like and asshole. what's your point?

edutcher said...

No, he goes after the bad guys the way you say you want, and then you bitch about it because it's him doing it and you can't stand that.

You're either a phony, or seriously troubled.

Maybe both, after all, Ritmo agrees with you, but I wonder if it's just him trying to be annoying.

BTW Great statement by Trump in Bonnie Scotland on Brexit as he opens his golf course.

The people of the United Kingdom have exercised the sacred right of all free peoples. They have declared their independence from the European Union and have voted to reassert control over their own politics, borders and economy. A Trump Administration pledges to strengthen our ties with a free and independent Britain, deepening our bonds in commerce, culture and mutual defense. The whole world is more peaceful and stable when our two countries – and our two peoples – are united together, as they will be under a Trump Administration.

Come November, the American people will have the chance to re-declare their independence. Americans will have a chance to vote for trade, immigration and foreign policies that put our citizens first. They will have the chance to reject today’s rule by the global elite, and to embrace real change that delivers a government of, by and for the people

Yeah, could the One True Ted do that?

I think not.

April-

So she was in favor of TPP in the hardback edition of her memoir , but in the paperback version any mention of TPP is deleted. Thanks for the notice. I try to keep up with Clinton shenanigans, but there are only so many hours in the day.

Yep.

Not that her corrupt MSM noticed or reported it.

Whatever motto is carved over the entrance at Foggy Bottom it should have been Open For Business while Rodham was Sec State. Anyone know the Latin for Open For Business? Makes it more dignified an' all. C'mon, somebody help me out here: Latin - Open For Business.

Jim in St Louis said...

The US Dept of State does not have a motto. However they do have a mission statement:

"Create a more secure, democratic, and prosperous world for the benefit of the American people and the international community."

I think that we can safely say that HRC has created a more prosperous world for the benefit of some.

Come on! Even I will call $1,726 chicken sh*t fraud. Yes, of course she should be thrown out, but HRC won't even wipe her...server with only 2 large.

The issue is the whole crowd is crooked.

And you may think less than 2 grand isn't much, but how high do you have to go?

It's all money out of somebody's pocket.

Bernie voting for Hillary an indication the whole lot is perfectly willing to accept felons as their flag bearer. All this doesn't matter to them.

They need to be made so discouraged they write in Mickey Mouse.

Bernie will need bucks from the party next time he's up for re-election, so he plays ball.

April, I'm getting all confused by your posting style. I know you've been doing it for a while, but it's like your trying to saturate a thread with your musings one post at a time. Is there a reason for that? You can't get all your thoughts out or some new piece of information shows up you have to elaborate on or...?
