KLEM FM

Check out this mash up:

It's kind of like Keith Richards collaborates with Nancy Reagan.

Dolly gets off the best lines: "I could be in 4 Non Blondes....Lord knows, I'm not blonde."

Deep into the clip, someone asks: "Did it feel different to you, working surrounded by women?"

Dolly: Oh Lord, I have been working with women all my life -- I have five sisters, my aunts, all my girlfriends..so I love women...I love men too."  [big laugh].

Linda Perry gives Dolly a huge compliment regarding her work ethic and makes it sound like Hollywood musicians are slackers.

All in all, I'd say that Dolly made huge inroads into the first letter in LGBT. And here I only thought G's admired her.

Here is a rough version of their collaboration:

And here's how Linda Perry got famous:

There's something even more rotten in Chicago. Ed Burke, the longest self serving alderman (50 years) and one of the biggest scumbags in the country has been busted by the Feds. They're charging him with extortion. He was trying to get a Burger King that was attempting to get permits for renovations steered to his private law firm. His scummy law firm works on getting property tax appealed after he and the rest of the crooks raise them. He's been doing this forever so why would the Feds start wiretapping him now? Getting Illinois politicians thrown in jail is like shooting fish in a barrel.

Well every story the local media puts out always mention his connection to Donald Trump. Trump built a hotel/apartment complex and he had to deal with Burke to get it done. They're calling Burke Trump's lawyer and claiming he saved him millions of dollars.

Now in those same 50 years media has never been critical of Burke except when he was battling with Harold Washington, the black mayor. They never complained when he slated all the county judges, nor when he stuck his tax lawyer wife on the Illinois supreme court, nor when all his kids got high paying no show jobs in the county, nor all the nitpicking nanny state laws he puts through.

He's a big gun grabber but when they arrested him he had 23 guns in his home. He has a squad of bodyguards, all Chicago police officers since the Washington days. Rahm Emmanual, to his credit, tried to remove them, but a Burke slated judge ruled in Burke's favor. Burke wins all his court cases.

So one of two things happened. Either someone in the Justice Department finally decided to clean house or more likely the Feds are wiretapping anyone with a connection to Trump to squeeze this guy for dirt.

"I saw the music was really really real, organic. And it struck a chord in me." Says Dolly.

I enjoy hearing her speak as well as sing.
