Ah yes, another Sopranos storyline that was undeveloped - it really could have been something, but the story arc ended in one episode. Silvio, Patsy Parisi and the ever hapless Artie were there against the express wishes of Tony, yet the whole thing blows over. They should have loosed Furio on the faux Indians, yep, that would have been an episode worth watching.
Monsignor Jughead was spectacularly out of line in that epi. That was cool
My doctor called Trump an idiot today. It was toward the end of my annual "wellness" visit. That's enough to make you puke right there. And he started spewing about Trump. That's the true test. What do you do? Do you argue? I just said uhuh uhuh uhuh. It's a real strain to me, dealing with the people you can't avoid. I mean I don't need him to cure anything because I think I'm moving closer to the Christian Science position. But I do need him to re-up my hi-blood pressure medication. So I figured why argue. Or it was cowardice. Either one.
That episode was the first thing I thought of when I saw the headlines this morning. The conversation in the car at the end of that episode is a riot. "Gary Cooper was gay??!!??"
My eye doctor is a rabid conservative and talks and talks and talks during the exam. I agree with most of what he says, but boy do I get tired of hearing it. Plus, I'm not there to chew the fat. I've got things to do. I can imagine how wearisome it is for his lefty patients. He's the only opthamologist in town, so they don't have much of a choice.
It's gotten way out of hand. My son got married in Madison on Saturday. It was a great wedding w/ some good Eyetalian[that's how most in Madison pronounce it] food. Adult beverages were flowing and an asshole started spewing politics. I just said it's the couples wedding day, take that horseshit outside w/ the smokers and leave it out there. The asshole was pissed. But everyone else was smiling. You got to confront these trolls.

Politics aren't his job. Simple as that. He wants to be Dr Spock, whose advice was lousy, let him do it on his time, not yours.
