Evidently when you up or down vote, when you hover over the arrow, it shows you WHO has voted. I guess the rabid down voters don't want to show their avatar's name associated with down voting. Cowards LOL. Easy to be a dick when you can be anonymous.
Oh. Thanks Sixty. I haven't ever down voted anyone previously. It just seemed to be a dick move to do anyway. If you disagree with someone just scroll on past. OR...really ramp up your arguments and go full tilt at 'em :-)

The Libertarians loved Reporting anything not pro-(someone), but people just did a reply with the "offensive" comment in it. Must have driven Driscoll nuts.
The only comments I ever "Reported" were by accident because I figured, if the guy's that big a jerk, let it be known to the whole world.

The down vote was eliminated by Disqus - but they neglected to remove the down vote arrow. Bad coding.
It's just a switch in the software options somebody missed. Driscoll must have loved all those Reported comments against anybody who supported Trump.
It's active on some sites. The down arrow goes red.

PS Add this to the problems the Demos have, Dingy Harry says he'll fight any Hillary-chosen running mate who, in his opinion, would hurt the Demos' chances of retaking the Senate.

DBQ - I haven't commented on insty for a while. The anti-free speech trolls were becoming a bore.
I'll have to check it out. GLAD they fixed it. It needed fixing.
Though we came from opposing directions, I must agree.
