ABC News:
The day after the man died unexpectedly in mid-April the woman lodged an urgent application in the Supreme Court to have his testes removed so she could one day use the sperm. The court was given several sworn affadavits from the couple's friends, who said they had "made no secret" of their wish for a child.
In making his decision, Justice Martin Burns said the testes had to be removed within 24 hours of death if the sperm were to ever be used. (

You have to remove the entire testes to do this?
Even in death women want your balls for their own.
That was some quick thinking on somebody's part...
Can't she give him a blow job one last time?
Necrophilic fellatio would be illegal as well as useless. :D However, I think I just came up with a name for my death metal band.
Good thing they didn't believe in incarnation.
OT - Did anyone read the story about the really really antibiotic resistant bacteria that was found in a woman in Pennsylvania? Link is at Drudge. Of course there's been a fear of this development for quite some time but this bacteria is resistant to every antibiotic presently available. Genuinely scary stuff.
Ric,
Bacterial antibiotic resistance is a serious issue, but all this does is prompt pharma devs to come up with more ingenious ways to fight back. But sometimes you will hit a biological brick wall.
I meant re-incarnation.
He's lucky she waited until he was dead.
