He's been around in the Bay Area forever. I always thought there was something off about him. The manic smiling all the time. OTOH, Sports Guy in San Fran is a job that would drive a man slowly crazy.
Its a all setup. The camera always goes to the right place. This is just Radnich doing his dry humor shtick . Like Radnich said in a Tweet, he's not a very good actor so everyone is taking him seriously.
