The Dems politicized the law and politicized the courts. They could stop but they won’t because it’s how they win. She’s part of the problem and she always has been. Acting all innocent and talking about saving a magic wand is BS. She should have retired years ago but she’s clinging on to power out of sheer partisan spite. If Clinton had won she’d be long gone.
The fact that not a single Senator asked Ginsburg a single question about her history with the ACLU is a blot on the cowardly Republican Party, not as she avers a great and shining example of bi-partisanship. In any case bi-partisanship is a crock which simply means that both parties have agreed not to give "controversial" views an airing.
"She seems nice" along with "Ew. Lordy. People are ugly sometimes" about covers it. We live in a world where pretense and denial/delusion distort truth and stand in the way of grace.
