Trump Wins Michigan!

That's the headline at Drudge as of now anyway. And Sanders is still leading Clinton!

I caught myself before I clicked on the TV to watch this unfold. Why? Because I have yet to see a reasonable analysis of what is going on with Trump. The media is still in denial. Absolutely no introspection to date from the MSM. Why enable them if they can't deliver?

The media's summarized response to date is that people are angry and stupid and want to follow another Hitler.

Everyone is in denial. Please people accept the inevitable!!! Go TRUMP!!!

One thing to watch not only tonight, but next week is that the One True Ted's halo has once again come loose.

As with Carson in IA, his campaign was sending out bogus emails in HI claiming Rubio had dropped out. I think that tactic hurt him before and it will now.

PS Fox has called MS for Trump. Looks like Kasich is the new Whig hope. Came in second in bith states, from what I can see.

ID has some counties on Pacific time and HI is 2 hours behind that, so most results woun't be out for a while.

FWIW Drudge says Bernie takes MI.

That's gonna leave a mark.

The whole fabricated media narrative has been exposed and is now being swept out of the way.

Michigan and Mississippi for Trump so far, Idaho to follow.

Trump is inevitable. Will the duopoly and its media water boys accept that? No. Good, then let there be a showdown.

Let the whole stinking filth be exposed for what it is.

One of the rules of broadcast journalism according to Eric Sevareid was:

To elucidate, when one can, more then to advocate.

I'm looking for that now.

American Digest linked to the reason why.

Really beautiful.

Sorry I am not an ad wiz.

But the link in this is what American Digest linked and I thought it was fabulous.

Good for you, chick, in winning your fight against Gell-Mann amnesia.

@Leland: I had to google Gell Mann amnesia. I think it's related to "Knoll's Law of Media Accuracy:"

Everything you read in the newspapers is absolutely true except for the rare story of which you happen to have firsthand knowledge ~Knoll's Law of Media Accuracy

Knoll stated it in an ironic way, but I think it's the same as Gell Mann Amnesia. I blogged about once meeting Knoll long ago: link

I have yet to see a reasonable analysis of what is going on with Trump.

Utter cluelessness.

In a way, they are caught in a prolonged state of shock, like the one Hollywood had, in miniature, towards Stacy Dash on Academy Awards night, the press is having one in mass.

Read about that Stacey Dash appearance and you will see what I mean. Here and Here

The hold of the version of a reality they created for themselves has them wrapped that tight. They can't let it go.

Sorry about that... let's try that again....

Why enable them if they can't deliver?

I don't. I don't even have a cable tv subscription anymore. Instead I have the internet and stream what content I want when I want.

However, the one thing that people are missing in their Trump hysteria is, if Trump is the nominee and he loses to Hillary. Then what?

edutcher said...

The same thing people are missing in their Cruz hysteria if Cruz is the nominee.

I'm kinda liking watching Dana Loesch argue with Megyn Kelly. I have the sound off.

The MSM is just as incredulous and overtaken with denial over Sanders.

Sanders is peeling away northern blacks from Hillary as he continues to stomp through the midwest, etc.

Good on him.

I missed a cat fight?

Unforgivable.

Rabel said...

Not really a fight. More of a close personal interaction between two attractive women.

I wonder if the Mario people will sleep well tonight. Alcohol might help.

you mean Marco people.

Poor Idaho. No pre-election polling, no exit polling, no respect. I can see why they're a little paranoid.

Cruz is taking the survivalist vote. I see that as a good thing. They're like the SS to Trumps SA brownshirts (except for the homosexual part), if I'm following the Nazi comparisons correctly. The SS did win out though, so big plus for Cruz.

Rabel said...

Oh, yeah.

Rabel said...

Marco/Mario it ain't gonna matter in a few days.

rcocean said...

Cruz isn't wining the "survivalists" he's winning the Mormons. Based on the vote totals the Mormon's in Southern Idaho don't like trump. Maybe its one group that listens to Mitt.

Trump wins Hawaii. It gets late much later over there.

Hawaii is so far away from the other 56 states, that we should think about telling them they are only a territory, and don't let them vote for anything. Take you pineapples, and...

We have totally ceased watching the news media on Fox or any other outlet. The reporting is lame, biased in many instances and just pitiful. You are right. They don't know WHAT to make of this election and blame the stupid voters.

HOWEVER, we do find FOX Business channel to be very worthwhile. Not only do they seem to be more on top of what is going on, we get a good bit of economic analysis. Of course there are those who are pro or anti various candidates, but I feel we get a better overall analysis of the situation and they also put it into an international/trade/economic basis.
