Speaking to a class at Emory College last Wednesday Carter said Kavanaugh is "unfit" to be on the Supreme Court and confirming him was a "very serious mistake." He also criticized the Senate for being subservient to President Trump.
Carter said Kavanaugh is unfit because of his outburst during his confirmation.
