Bakers

We baker types are curious about each other. Like how did you get started in this, just lucky or what?

When the French guy says, "We gonna start mixing the levain in the water," he means the sourdough starter.

Notice the French guy makes a dough that is loose and wet while the guy making challah works with a dough that is tight and dry.
