the beauty of light

Short.

Another fake out afternoon storm. So much strum und drang, so much electricity released up there, so much frightening of pet dogs all over the place, and so little water delivered, but we'll take it and like it, love it in fact.

What's your elevation there? I've heard that rain above xx sea level is rare.

Ah....the lack of oxygen. That explains a lot. (Just kidding April)

You need to come down to a more reasonable level and breathe. 3250 ft. :-) Actually, Denver is quite beautiful, I hear. One of the cities that I haven't visited but would like to someday.

I just climbed the 6th highest peak in the state last week. Umcompahgre has been on my bucket list for many years. It was an amazing hike. The views - phenomenal.

(Sneffels will have to wait)

it was beautiful.

14,306. 3000 ft elevation gain. Knees ready to buckle on the way down.
