I have been following Farage's influence on American politics for a couple years. Commenter rcommal first alerted me to his compelling way of speech. She sent me a link which I put up at Lem's back here. There are a couple Farage posts at the tag as well.

Farage makes the important point about getting out votes -- that's something I have never done.

I don't recall a former foreign government official ever stumping for an American candidate for president. Maybe it happened before and I just don't know nor recall.

Then again this election has been unlike any other.

Did Fagare endorse Trump?

This is a coup for Trump to be honest. To get someone like Farage to come to Mississippi to come and stump for him is a really big deal in my book.

Otherwise known as GOTV. For the Dems that is code for raising the dead and having them vote. For Republicans it is typically a guy like Mitt Romney paying millions for a system that does not work.

This is where Trump supporters need to reach out to neighbors and friends and persuade them to vote for Trump. The trick is not getting votes for Hillary out there, but votes for Trump.

He socked it to 'em.

Love is line, "Yes, we were visited by one, Barack Obama. And he talked down to us. He treated us as if we were nothing. One of the oldest functioning democracies in the world and here he was telling us to vote ‘remain.’"

No, that was agreed ahead of time. Too much a loaded issue of furriners mixing in our politics,

Evi, it's more than just raising the dead. It is filing phony voter registrations by the thousands to overwhelm clerks offices and then suing for disenfranchisement if not all of responded to in time to vote. And then it is rolling some homeless people, giving them a few bucks to take a ride in a van, go to the voting booth, do what they were told, and drop them back on the streets with a fresh can of beer. You don't beat they effort by just calling folks. You have to actually pick up grandma and get her to the polls too.
