The guitar must weep, obviously. Duh. Prince takes off withe a guitar riff well beyond weeping and more like bawling. At one point he moves in front of Tom Petty and facing him with his back to the camera someone in the audience, or the orchestra pit, the area in front of the stage moves forward with his arms stretched forward to hold Prince as Prince leans backward making his guitar cry its eyes out. (Guitars don't have eyes, it's a metaphore over here, ah'ight?)

Prince, Tom Petty, Steve Winwood, Jeff Lynne, While My Guitar Gently Weeps
