MAGA rally, Manchester, New Hampshire

RSBN. They do quite a lot of work around the scene. Especially before Trump arrives.

I've never enjoyed watching a politician so much as I enjoy watching Donald Trump. He has my attention like no other before him. Nobody else comes close, all through televised history, even the people onstage with him. Even the people who copy his style. And he's never been this interesting. I think it's his age that does it, plus his utterly unique experience.

Others come a bit close.

I didn't show this yesterday but maybe I should have. This is Wilbur Ross with CNBC discussing the American economy, trade with China, tariffs, and Hong Kong.

Two young interviewers with more aggression than common sense and taking instructions through their earpieces wildly attack Ross presumptuously. The premises of their questions are completely whacked and they have the attitude of being on a debate team and not sincerely interviewing someone who is smarter than themselves and with a million times more experience. Ross is incredibly experienced, the interviewers are mean-spirited children compared to him, yet Ross handles them excellently. One girl keeps nagging him, "When are you going to quit like everyone else in the Trump administration, and she is one interviewer who always questions about Huewei so much that one wonders if she must be some kind of Huewei plant. But better than this interview for making the point of Ross being close to Trump in style is the way that he handled interviewers at Davos. Here and here for two examples among very many.
