Charlotte Rampling. She played a seductress in The Verdict, with Paul Newman. But an aloof seductress. In fact that's her appeal, that she makes no effort. And also that she shares the Newman character's depression. Because that's the real theme of The Verdict IMO: the deep blues. She had those gimlet eyes that fit the mood. I mean a Debbie Reynolds she's not.

We all have our own tastes, but for me, that is just about as sexy as a photo can be and no nudity required.

Bags is right. That's a very sexy look and style. I can't think of anyone today who pulls it off but maybe Heather Graham comes close.
