I actually felt bad for it when he knocked it over.
I've actually had the same feeling for these bots when they are getting abused for the sake of seeing their software try to compensate. I realize they are robots, but to see them abused in this way is disheartening. To me at least. I believe this is how are wired sympathetically towards other anthropomorphized things and animals.

That robot can already do anything I can, plus get off the ground faster.
Soon it will be able to pick up my weight and dump me in the dustbin of history.

These are already spooky as shit. I don't want them getting much better. This is where I draw the line and say "I fear change."
They can detect fear.

At this point, I for one welcome our robot overlords.
