Christian Baker Jack Phillips Is Being Sued—Again

Remember Jack Phillips, the Christian baker from Colorado who was sued for refusing to make a cake for a gay wedding? He's being sued again, for the third time, by the same lawyer who tried and failed to take him down last time.
CBS Denver:
Attorneys for a Denver woman greased the pan for yet another legal battle against a Lakewood bakery already burned around the edges from a series of heated civil rights fights. Jack Phillips, owner of the Masterpiece Cakeshop, refused in 2012 to bake a wedding cake for Charlie Craig and David Mullins, a same-sex couple from Denver, on the basis of his religious beliefs...

The latest lawsuit was filed Wednesday in Denver District Court on behalf of Autumn Scardina by attorneys Paula Greisen and John McHugh...

The newest lawsuit claims Phillips discriminated against Scardina and used deceptive and unfair trade practices.

But this customer claimed to be a devil worshipper and wanted the devout Christian to create a cake to celebrate Satan's birthday, according to court documents reviewed by Newsweek.

There's nothing better than to see Satan fail (again). The implication is that the previous litigants were in league with the devil as well.

They clearly knew who he was, so this one lasts 5 minutes in court.

Punitive, resentful, relentless, insane little fascists.
Such lovely people!
This time it's a transgender person ("Autumn Scardino") who wanted Mr. Phillips to bake a birthday cake which was to be blue on the outside and pink on the inside to symbolize the transition from male to female. This is the second time this birthday wish has been the subject of a lawsuit because previously the State of Colorado (currently transitioning to the State of Disarray) brought the lawsuit as an administrative enforcement but Colorado dropped out of that effort a few months ago (did Mr. Phillips sue CO?) so the lawsuit was re-filed on behalf of the ridiculously offended party directly.
Autumn Scardino needs to transition to having a real job.

We have these guys out here in California who go around, usually in a wheelchair, and test public accommodations (restaurants, bus stations, motels, anywhere the public can go) to see if they are ADA compliant, then when they find something out of compliance with the 10 bezillion federal and state regulations, they extort the property owner (threaten to file a lawsuit), then collect a set amount, usually under $10k. One of these little shitbirds just got arrested for tax evasion. Which is both awesome and entirely predictable because, of course, they think the rules don't apply to them what with being big social justice warriors on wheels and all. Anyway, this reminds me of that. Does this go on in other states as well?

Please, someone, please stop this insanity.

The GD Supreme court could have settled this with the first lawsuit. Instead they sliced their ruling so thin that the lawyers can feed off of it for years. Scardina is not a woman, he's a eunuch. He and those lawyers should get the same judgement Oberlin college just received.
