There's a lot more going on than you might imagine.

Finally, a video featuring people who don't have accents.

I especially like the phrase "Cut it on". Seriously, that one cracks me up.

The way the circular sunbeam moves at around the 5m28s bit reminded me of the Pantheon in Rome. It also has an open circular hole in its ceiling and the sunlight moves inside according to time of day.

A bit of ancient modernity.

In woodworking I use a two pin moisture meter to measure the moisture content of wood - it is important that a piece of wood that one cuts from a tree be properly dried prior to being used for an object that will reside in a house. The meters work by passing an electrical current between two points on the piece of wood being tested and measuring the resistance of the wood - the drier the wood the higher the electrical resistance. I bet the soy bean moisture meter works on a similar principle. Only with beans.

Walking in a grain bin that has grain in it does not augur well.

Heh. Working in a grain elevator has its hazards, especially in the old days. Many a man got sucked into the grain. Those that didn't got to watch their lungs fill up with grain dust day after day. The elevators didn't provide dust masks and most guys wouldn't have used one if he had it.

My favorite part of this video is the guy knowing to ingratiate himself best to ask what are the crap jobs then do that to earn crew-cred. Then the next scene, "I just started working and they didn't tell me to go away."

How humble. And smart.
