Dear Management,
This job is so boring I'm trying to spice it up a bit. So is Chuck.
-Shane.
Reminds me of the Mash PA announcements.
They seem to have been taken off YouTube.
Funny.
Fake but clever.
Re: Whiteboard, Walmart & etc. I have no true facts as to what's true in that situation and what is not true in that situation.
The reason I'm commenting, however, is that reading those notes reminded me of nothing so much as slam-books of the vintage of back in the day, around about 1971-1975. That was a jolt, I confess. But then I smiled. And then I didn't, so much.
My theory a long time ago was that slam books were a reaction to autograph books. Hell, haven't thought about that in years. But who knows? Maybe that was so; maybe that was not so.
Ha ha.
Sent them to the kids so they can snicker too.
Reminds me of 213 things Skippy is no longer allowed to do in the U.S. Army. As you can tell from the context of the list, it was created by some random member of IFOR in the late Nineties.
