WKRLEM: Tattletales with Julie London star of the fireman show "Emergency"
Julie London had divorced Jack Webb who was Sgt Joe Friday of Dragnet and the producer of such shows as Dragnet, Adam 12 and Emergency.
She married Bobby Troup who was a great jazz musician as well as a thoroughly mediocre actor. Jack put them in several of his shows. People got along better in those days I guess. Can you imagine that happening today.

Bobby Troup never got over that BTW.
I can't imagine that wooden Jack Webb satisfying INSATIABLE JULIE! Maybe the other guy was a mediocrity but better in bed.
He knew where to get his kicks, too.
Julie London was a class act.
