There's a bad storm forecast for SoCal tonight. My beloved San Luis Rey Valley is under a flood watch. We shall survive!

Thanks for picking up the slack Trooper and Chick. Haven't had a chance to post much lately.
The Bad Moon is all in the minds of the Lefties.
I don't know about lumber-sexual but when Dad Bones rocks the thunder rolls.
When you're 72 you can almost get away with saying shit like that. I wish something would come along and roll me out the door this morning so I can get to work on time.
It's that crazy global warming! We've had days in the 60s here in Ohio.
Stay high and dry you guys in So Cal. We had 5 inches of snow last night on top of the already packed 5 inches in the drive and parking areas with 4 more days predicted of 1 to 3 inches each day. In other words, a normal winter.
My cat hates it and has determined that we are responsible for this frozen hell he has to trounce through. Sorry cat, no matter how you complain and glare, there is nothing we can do about it.
We are storing up all that snow in the upper elevations just for YOU :-) Just hope we don't send it all down stream at one time.
The reservoirs are all at capacity, releasing lots of water (which is still stupidly being sent out into the ocean instead of to the farmers in the San Joaquin Valley). The real run off hasn't even begun. Now....IF the dopes in California had built new storage/dams and thought ahead there would be less flooding and more water for future dry spells. That would require actually planning something.
We were never worried about the so called drought because we all remember the drought in the 1976 when the reservoirs were empty and "we're all gonna DIE!!!!". Then in one winter the heavy rains and snows filled up the reservoirs and ta dah!!!! No more drought and everyone forgot until it cycled back again. Same thing this year. The cycle of life.
I guess the people in Sacramento in the government must have amnesia. Every day is a new day for them.
I miss Bagoh.
I'm so glad CA has some water...again. Yes - the progs who control the place are morons for not investing in water storage.
