“Get out, devils! I cast you out, devils! In the name of Jesus Christ, I cast you out!” the killer yelled as he plunged a hunting knife into 33-year-old E’Dena Hines’ chest, according to George Hudacko, who witnessed the 3 a.m. attack from his apartment window in Washington Heights.
Her live-in boyfriend, Lamar Davenport, 30, was in the throes of a drug-induced psychosis when he came after her, police sources said.
“Jesus Christ is born!” he shouted maniacly over her body.

Ray Roasrio, who claims to be Davenport's best friend, says he went out for dinner with the couple and some friends late on Saturday night, and it was the happiest he had seen Hines for a long time.
He told The Daily Beast: 'I’m still trying to come to grips with what happened. I’m caught between the hate I have for him, my love for him being my brother, and my heart breaking for her.'

A criminologist [don't remember who it was] claimed if no one in your immediate family & circle of friends used illegal drugs, the odds of you being murdered was close to 0%.
I am starting to believe it- almost every news story of domestic murder or home invasion etc is related to drugs in some way.

I worked an attempted murder case in KC when I worked for the prosecutor's office. A young man stabbed a Lutheran Minister 12 times, leaving him for dead. The minister was clothed only in his underwear. He survived. The knife wielder was the son of a cop. The suspect left a cryptic note we did not understand. So, I took it to a Jesuit priest I knew who was a prison chaplain. The priest deciphered it, showing us satanic references and symbols. It turns out, the minister had molested the young man when he was younger. The defendant was indeed quite crazy and was committed to a mental hospital.
What. The. F***. that is not an exorcism that is drug fueled psychosis. If you quickly read the headline you think she was involved in some dangerous Christian cult, but that is not it at all. She was involved with a dangerous domestic partner who stabbed her while on drugs.
Black lunatics matter!
She was an attractive woman with influential connections in Hollywood. She couldn't find a better boyfriend?.........This will feed into the anti-cop animus among the black community. Not because it has anything to do with it, but precisely because it doesn't. The blacks are unable to cope with or understand the random acts of violence that plague their lives. Better far to protest police brutality. That is subject to pressure from black activists. Gang bangers and psycho drug users not so much.
Name of Christ is invoked during a drug fueled murder. Christianity is at fault. Also, You'd think that Morgan Freeman could go through the wormhole and do something for her. What a fraud.
