#IllRideWithYou: Anti-Islamophobia Hashtag Movement Springs Up In Response To ‘Sydney Siege’

"Fearing possible backlash against Muslims in response to what appears to be a Muslim gunmen who has taken hostages in a café in Sydney, Australians have taken to Twitter with a new anti-Islamophobia hashtag movement, #IllRideWithYou."

Anti-Islamophobia, there's a big compound word for you.

I don't have a drivers license, so I pretty much have to ride with whoever is willing to take me.

If she's going to ride with them, she might want to take and H&K or something.

How is a behavior discouraged?

There are mechanism that work towards discouraging undesirable behavior. What are we doing to that?

In a column that appeared on Zero Hedge titled "The Implosion of American Culture" a sentence caught my attention. I re-read it a couple of times.

"What is obvious subconsciously is ignored consciously in everyday thoughts and actions."

My previous post is a good example of that.

There is no such thing as subconscious. That's pop-science psychobabble. It's all conscious.

How do I make such assertion? My supraconscious told me so.

Chip, Lem has a subconscious because he's Dominican (the country, not he monks) and they are born with it. <<---Little know scientifick fact. That's what makes them such great baseball players.

I mean, a Dominican batter knows subconsciously, KNOWS, whether the next pitch will be a slider, a curveball, a knuckleball or whatever, and adjusts his swing to hit it.

That's why they retire with a .400 lifetime batting average. And the gringos have to take steroids, just to keep up. You can ask Trooper York if you don't believe me.

Even Dominicans can't hit a down and away curve ball.

All right thinking people immediately spring into action after a muslim has run amok to protect his brethren against that fearful infidel indignation.

Okay Aussie Uber-driving-Muslim patrons, try this: Call Akmed to come pick you up. Then have a big ol' pooch with you when the car arrives.

No ride you!

Because hashtags are a one way thing. There are no Uber-driving-Muslims who say "Hey, bring yer dog", or "drunk is no problem" or "short skirts no problem."

Or maybe stand at the pick-up location wearing your new, spiffy yarmulke.

No ride you!

Or stand there reading your copy of The Satanic Verses.

No ride you!
