KLEM FM

I can move mountains, I can work miracles, but nothing's going to get "Marilyn's Diary" at Lem's.

This should go onto Lem's "Club list" from a couple weeks ago.

Noice.

Music better than goofed up video.

I just now saw the bit in Hitchhicker's Guide where they shoot each other with the steam-punk empathy gun. The woman shoots the blond guy and he sputters her surface point of view about the immediate situation, she shoots him again and he spouts her feelings about traveling with men, she shoots him again and he reveals his understanding of how her attitude toward men was formed, how she's been disappointed, she shoots him again and he says he understands her profound isolation and sense of abandonment and it's hilarious. He takes the gun and aims it at her, she shrugs, "It won't have any effect. I'm already a woman."

The playlist project is stalled.

After something between contemplation and gut emotion, which i think was always there, but i had to get going to find out if there was any truth to it.

The selections should be more club pure. I want to deselect stuff with a lot of radio playtime.

The problem with that is pure 'club music' is not readily available to the masses. So, i may have to dig deeper for it.

One option is to narrow it down to 100. I may have to go with that, at the beginning, and keep growing it as i discover more forgotten tracks.

Anyways, that's where i'am at.

chick, I've been watching rock n' roll documentaries on Netflix lately. The Wrecking Crew, about the incredible studio musicians in the 60's/70's is very good. Harry Nillson is good. Ginger Baker is pretty good.
