If you read the Thor Comic, then you will already know who this Thor and if you don't, then this Thor is Jane Foster and she also has breast cancer currently in the comic. So she is a human, not an Asgardian, so even as Thor, I believe she will be susceptible to menstruation because she is human. There has never been any indication that Asgardian females menstruate and I have no way to back that up since we are talking about comic book fantasy characters.
