It was a darned shame when the Addams closed up their mansion and Lurch had to find work elsewhere - look who he fell in with - bubble-headed aliens in cheesy flying saucers. But look on the bright side - at least he was able to feed his family...

At my local store the clerks all wear those plastic gloves that one sees glop-slingers wearing when they are elbow deep in whatever glop it is that they are slingin'. They wear the same filthy gloves, handle all the crap that comes down the line, wipe their nose on the same gloves, go to the can wearing them, and yeah, sure, they might not get sick but they are killin' us! Reminds me of a public health story my father told me back in the day...
