If one has Bette Davis eyes one can also espy Kim Carnes, Gene Clark and Barry "Eve of Destruction" McGuire.
Actually, given that group's longevity and the fact that 300 people have been members at one time or another, good luck spotting anyone you recognize.
RIP, Kenny, you had one hell of a run and people talk nicely about their interactions with you. My favorite story is a friend who encountered him on a golf course, and when pressed for an autograph Mr. Rogers said "I am not who you think I am". That is indeed the case. Always.
I used to watch that show, thought Will Sasso was an impressive comedian, but I never understood the origin of Kenny Rogers was a drunk theme. But I laughed then and I laugh now. No disrespect intended, mind you, but I do like some stupid humor occasionally.
Someone posted the link at Reason.com I found it repulsive, but then I'm not sure if it's fake. There was a viral video of elephants getting drunk on corn wine in China this week that turned out to be fake. At first I was surprised that there were elephants in China. Then I was shocked that they were left uneaten. The Chinese seen to eat everything and anything and don't seem to care if it's still alive and twitching. Even the French wait until it's not moving before they dig in.
Interesting numbers regarding Kenny Roger's marriage history, which started when he was 20. 1st: 2 years, 1 child 2nd: 3 years, 0 children 3rd: 12 years, 1 child 4th 15 years, 1 child 5th 22 years, w/twins
That looks to me like some kind of learning curve with a lot of risk taking, a handful of marriages with two of a kind showing up at the end.
Something about it seemed off, ampersand, in addition to the cruelty portrayed. Thanks for responding, as it helped me adjust to what came up for me, which was a mix of all of those, without being able to piece it all together. I'd taken it as serious at first look, feeling shocked and revulsed, while also experiencing some curiosity (What IS this??) and some intrigue (Why??) trying to figure out what was going on and what would prompt someone would go that route, as well as post it online, before landing on anger. While I'm not about to go back for another look, I'm am now wondering if it might have been fake.
The CPC certainly did not clothe themselves in anything close to honor with their latest bio-behavior and response, immersing themselves and their hapless test-carcass eating citizens in hot water.
I think it was Cuomo today who was lecturing on being "smart and responsible" and this crisis that started in China arose out of the opposite of that on their end.

Even people who don't like country music know the words to The Gambler.
I like Kenny Rogers and always liked The Gambler, so hopefully this video won't upset anyone. Here it (Will Sasso) is.
"You got eggnog on my goat milk!"
I laughed.

My brother-in-law called him the blond Barry Manilow.
Take that as you will.
Whatever you do don't criticize the Chinese. That would be racist. (warning to the squeamish).
Yikes, &
Didn't need to see that!
What came up for you as you watched that video ampersand? Curiosity? Repulsion? Fascination? Disgust? Anger?

You gotta know when to hold them and know when to fold them. He's only got a pair.
