Serve your guests some cold duck sparkling wine with whatever you end up making.
Do you really need a recipe for duck tacos?
I thought the same thing. I figured you just make carne molida out of the duck meat, and cook it the way you would have cooked the other meat.
They have them at the super market where I shop. First time that I've seen them there. $16.
My mother refused to cook Duck or Goose saying "it was too fatty".
Had it last year ago - "Peking Duck" - and yeah it is a little fatty.
But good.
Don't know if I'd go to the trouble of getting it again.
