Meet the New Boss....Same as the Old Boss
Just paler.
I don't want to change anything. It is a total free speech zone. I really wanted to protect the archives. Many of us have put a lot of work into these posts and I just didn't want to see it go away.
Please email me with you comments, suggestions and gripes. I will try to address them the best way I know how.
I would also like some of our frequent commentators like edutcher and Spinelli to be more included by posting their own entries. Let's see if we can spice it up a little.
Just think of me as a kind and benevolent dictator.
Sort of like Mussolini.

So that's what The Who looks like. I need more education.
Well, after Keith Moon and John Entwistle died, and Pete Townshend was in jail for child porn, pretty much Roger was about it. In fact, they considered changing the name of the band to "The Roger", but then Pete got sprung on a technicality and they were back on the road. Plus, that name had some unsavory connotations with it.
See? I did not know the names of these guys as The Who, but had heard them bandied about.
(Roger that.)
I only saw them twice live, plus I bought their first couple of albums, but that was many decades ago. I will say this, and CL and I have carried on a bit about it over the years, Keith Moon was one heck of a drummer.

Somehow I don't think that's the only difference.
