San Bernardino is no Rahm Rock of Gibraltar

"As protests grew in the streets of Chicago, two state representatives introduced a bill that would make it possible for a recall campaign against Emanuel."
The bill, HB 4356, was introduced by representatives La Shawn K. Ford and Mary E. Flowers, a representative for Ford’s office confirmed to BuzzFeed News.
Ford and Flowers are both fellow Democrats, as is Emanuel.
The bill was introduced after a new poll showed support for the Chicago mayor has declined significantly, with a disapproval rating of 67% and just more than half of those polled in favor of recalling him from office.

Dems sure seem dissatisfied with their own choices from just a few years ago. Hey, how's your health insurance? Did you ever get that $2500 cut in premiums? No? I'm sure the check is in the mail.

And all those faces are black.

Cogitate on that one.

Who are the leading contenders to replace him?

Let thermodynamics be your guide whether to cheer or not.

Are you saying Rahm is like Sadam Hussain.

If removed, he will leave a vacuum.

Lem: Yeah, kinda. Modern American politics is utterly focused on destruction. Look at all the loudmouths trying to destroy Trump. Not one of them is letting on who they're for. Because in America these days, tearing down is "winning."

Good point.

There are obvious (to my intellect) biological analogs: catabolism rules; who be the quickest and most decisive factor in breaking things down.

Hey, "Let's Not Make America Great Again!"

There is an over-emphasis on analysis and too little effort put into synthesis.

Ebonics not intended.

I misspelled Saddam by the way.

The name I was looking for is Saddam Hussein.

My apologies.

When nothing in government works, and you know it's systematic and total, all that's left is assigning blame. That's our entire political system and debate now. There are still people saying I can make things happen, but what they mean is that they can get laws passed, which is like rearranging deck chairs. Except when they rename a post office. That's some real shit there. I mean they actually get new plaques and everything.

For example: My mom is sitting next to me practicing her CA driving test. Page one of a printed state document for 30 million people has a title: "Debugging the Myth". WTF? I'm an intellecsual so I know that's not right.

Mom, you gotta love her. 83 years old, and last month she jumps on a plane, flies to Vegas for the weekend, rents a car, hangs out, gambles, and comes back home, all on her own with stage 4 cancer. She is my hero! I'm gonna live forever!

I think Rahmy-poo is going to go the way of Woodrow Wilson at that east coast school...'cept he's still alive.

Oh, Edwarrrrd...are you here?
