morning Dec 11, 2015 time-lapse

I wasn't going to bother, it's long and not that terribly interesting.

Notice something? I went back and looked at the raw uncompressed photos in the period and the area of interest and cropped everything else and all other frames. Would you like to see what that falling trash is?

This is occurring in the darkness of early morning right before sunrise. There is no sun. I had no idea these guys are waking up early and rappelling the buildings. Does that look like fun or what? There's a guy on the roof too.

What makes you think those guys are rappelling the building for innocent fun? You might have chanced onto a burglary in progress.

I think that is an IMF Op.

Once you start archiving daily life regularly, you tend not to stop, since it's no trouble and it would be a shame to break up the historical set.

That's how I got boxes of cassette tapes of Imus in the Morning (5 hours to a side) dating back to the 1990s. It's no trouble to record if you've already gone to the trouble to receive it, which involved an 8-element active phased array antenna and a high-end ham receiver. (Best trick, null away two local stations on the same frequency to receive a distant third on that same frequency. Usually, if you null away a local station, you get something playing all polkas all the time hiding under it.)

Since 2007 it's been from internet streams and it just goes to the HD instead of tape. It would be a shame to stop now.

So your HD will fill with sunrises going back years.
