After Trump said he'd block Muslims from entering the country, her campaign quickly churned out a new catch phrase: "Love trumps hate."
Republicans scoff at the idea of Clinton preaching a gospel of love.
"I think most voters see her as warm and cuddly as a porcupine," said Republican pollster Nicole McCleskey. "It has a hollow ring to it."
Clinton has been a divisive figure since the era of "the vast right-wing conspiracy," as she called critics. In a Democratic debate in the fall, she said she was proud to have made enemies of Republicans.

She's gambling (or rather her handlers are gambling) that the maternal loving kindness impulse will kick in in millions of women voters and in response they'll vote her into the White House. What else does she got? Niente. It's painfully kindergartenish and contemptuous but sometimes simple works.

There have been Christians including clergy captured by ISIS in the middle east and they confronted ISIS with love. They're all dead now.

Eesh. It depresses me tremendously knowing her voters don't care about any of that. Not one bit. Swarms of justification gnats cloud each incident you might mention. They are as impenetrable as jihadists themselves. Their construct re-stuccoed, replastered, repaired, reconstructed every single day, the gaslight theater updated to holodeck. "Program: Hillary president" and that's it.
These people construct crèches to their campaigns, buttons mostly, ribbons, ephemera, arrange into display, frame and regard it their art. The best of themselves. The thing in their minds that makes them most interesting that they will have us all know. Their loyalty to party is their most interesting thing to themselves and they display this to us and everyone as art. They will vote for Hillary because they must. They'll repeat all this on cue and flounce four times back and forth like cartoons four times, (but who's counting?) to drive the point dramatically. They must because they are Democrat. They are Democrat because they are born gay, born black, born hispanic, born Islamic, born quite thick and incapable of comprehending, born a genuine parrot incapable of forming opinions, born fierce, born dependent, born open to received wisdom. Any of those will do. They will vote for Hillary without thinking. The Borg signal sent and all drones activated in their own little world all doing the exact same thing. Speak to them and they'll say the exact same things.
The Right does this too and it drives the Borg drones nuts. The Right doing this is part of their Borg conversation. And by their conversation we see they just flat don't give a shit about Benghazi or any of the discussions surrounding it. They saw their heroine stand up to mean old Republicans and that's all they need. No indictments, no convictions, no jail time. Yawn. Goodness you Republicans do go on. They don't care about Hillary lies, they don't care about dereliction of duty, they don't care about abandonment, they don't care about misallocation of resources, they don't care about a completely fucked up foreign policy that invites disaster in serial and blames everyone else, all they care about is having a Democrat president and Hillary is their only desperate hope.
That's why I've come to despise them with the intense compression of ten collapsing galaxies.
There are two such that come to mind as I write this who stopped responding to emails. Two family stopped responding to emails too.

It happens, you know. Kidding aside, I'm actually am afraid one of them might be dead. The Nebraska farmer with the thousand acre tracts hasn't responded the last three emails. I'm kind of afraid to dig up the number and call. One less Hillary voter. That's the new American political environment. Go on, have your crèches. (Is it apparent they bug me? I cannot complain directly. They also have my own art hanging even more prominently. I'm glad for that. And that makes it too rude for me to even mention far less fight about. I'm stuck. Hillary can't pull off anything as authentic. Imagine if she was like Trump and embraced her true self. She could say this in her TV ad:
"Damned right I'm a corrupt lying bitch. I could pick your pocket and remove your kidney with a butterknife, a smile and a handshake, and you wouldn't know what hit you.
