That what I said, but she wouldn't stop. Poor Mr. Happy...... Man, it was not a good night for him. I got over it, but the poor little guy was devastated by the whole incident.
The Cspan video has no audio of the woman named Moly, but you can see her get up from her work station, walk up to the dais and motion with her right hand, causing a commotion.
