Illegal Alien Arrested for Allegedly Raping 12-Year-Old Girl ‘Multiple Times’ over a Year

An illegal alien was arrested in New York and charged with the serial rape of a 12-year-old girl, allegedly even committing one attack in front of another child.

Police in Geneseo, New York, arrested Fernando Alvarado-Perez, 37, after accusations were made that he repeatedly raped the girl over at least a year’s time, the Livingston County News reported.

The paper reported that Alvarado-Perez was “was charged with first-degree rape, a class B felony, rape in the second degree, a D felony, criminal sex act in the second degree, a D felony, and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.”

Authorities said that during interrogations Alvarado-Perez told them he even raped the child once in front of an infant.

The suspect is being held without bail at the Livingston County Jail.

During the investigation, the suspect also reportedly told authorities that he came to the U.S. illegally about a decade ago. The department then alerted Homeland Security (DHS) about their investigation.

But news of the referral to DHS brought Geneseo Police Chief Eric Osganian to the defense of his officers and department. Chief Osganian made pains to note that turning Alvarado-Perez into federal immigration authorities is not his department’s general policy.

Osganian insisted that the suspect’s immigration status “wasn’t a priority to us” as they investigated the crime.

"124 illegal immigrants released by DHS later charged with murder, report finds"

Washington Times:  More than 100 illegal immigrants caught but released by the Obama administration over the last five years have gone on to be charged with murders after they were set free, according to a new report released Monday from the Center for Immigration Studies.

In all, some 121 immigrants who were freed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement between 2010 and 2014 have since been charged with a total of 135 homicide-related crimes. Another three immigrants were charged with murders in 2015, bringing to 124 the total number of murder suspects the government had, then released.

Two of the immigrants in question had even been convicted of homicide before, but they were released anyway and went on to rack up new murder charges again, the report said. The others had amassed 464 total criminal charges, ranging from drugs to drunken driving, before they landed on the homicide list. (read more)

CBS:  Serrano-Vitorino, a Mexican national who authorities said was in the country illegally, is accused of fatally shooting four men late Monday night at his neighbor's home in Kansas City, Kansas. He was also wanted in connection with the shooting death of 49-year-old Randy Nordman in New Florence.

The manhunt, which included helicopters, police dogs and at least one SWAT team, began late Monday after the first shooting. One of the four men managed to call police before he died, but it's unclear how the men knew each other or what may have prompted the shooting, Kansas City police officer Thomas Tomasic said...

Authorities haven't released the names of the four Kansas victims. Serrano-Vitorino was charged with four counts of first-degree murder in their killings, Wyandotte County District Attorney Jerome Gorman said.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said in a statement Tuesday night that Serrano-Vitorino was deported from the U.S. in April 2004 and illegally re-entered "on an unknown date." ICE said it would place a detainer on Serrano-Vitorino if he was taken into custody.

Donald Trump showed Texas voters that he supports Americans, not “undocumented immigrants” or ‘Dreamers,’ by sharing his Nov. 14 campaign-platform with the stricken parents and siblings of Americans who were killed by illegal immigrants.

The emotional display — 9.30 into the video — effectively underlined the deep contrast between  Trump’s visceral pro-American attitudes, and the attitudes of his two main establishment rivals, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Rhino-FL) and Gov. Jeb Bush. The two have repeatedly spoken in favor of diversity, young ‘dreamer’ illegals, and greater immigration.

The audience responded to Trump’s pro-American attitudes by chanting his name.

On the stage, Felicia Ruiz’s mother described how she was murdered in 1999 by an illegal who subsequently fled home to Venezuela. “She was stabbed over 39 times… we just want justice for our daughter,” said her mother, Kendra. “We need to elect someone like Mr Trump so he can stop all this, please,“ she said, before hugging Trump.

“If I win, we will get [the murderer] out, fast,” Trump responded.

The families are part of the Remembrance Project, which is a “national campaign to remember victims killed by illegal aliens.”

By highlighting some of the many Americans who have been killed by illegals, Trump is giving his supporters — plus many swing-voters — a powerful way to publicly express emotional solidarity with other Americans, and a shield against the stigma of being called “racist” by progressive advocates for illegal immigration.

German Village of 102 to Get 750 Refugees

The small German village of Sumte has approximately 100 local residents but is now slated to receive 750 refugees from Syria and other countries. How is this supposed to work? If you lived in a one bedroom apartment, would you volunteer to take in seven permanent house guests?

German Village of 102 Braces for 750 Asylum Seekers

SUMTE, Germany — This bucolic, one-street settlement of handsome redbrick farmhouses may for the moment have many more cows than people, but next week it will become one of the fastest growing places in Europe. Not that anyone in Sumte is very excited about it.

In early October, the district government informed Sumte’s mayor, Christian Fabel, by email that his village of 102 people just over the border in what was once Communist East Germany would take in 1,000 asylum seekers.

His wife, the mayor said, assured him it must be a hoax. “It certainly can’t be true” that such a small, isolated place would be asked to accommodate nearly 10 times as many migrants as it had residents, she told him. “She thought it was a joke,” he said.

But it was not. Sumte has become a showcase of the extreme pressures bearing down on Germany as it scrambles to find shelter for what, by the end of the year, could be well over a million people seeking refuge from poverty or wars in Africa, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere.

This is just a preview of what the politicians who favor amnesty and unrestrained immigrations will be foisting on us if they are allowed to do what they want to do.

We fought a revolution to stop the government from quartering foreign troops in our homes. Will we be willing to fight to stop the government from foisting diseased, criminal, unsocialized, radical terrorists and economic basket cases on our communities. Just as what is happening in Europe.

Journalist Jose Antonio Vargas rose to prominence after he outed himself as an undocumented alien in a New York Times essay in 2011.

Since that time Vargas has become the most well known illegal immigrant in the country and an outspoken advocate for immigration reform, relying heavily on claims that undocumented aliens will be model citizens and could add substantially to the federal tax base. He repeatedly asserts that many undocumented aliens, like him, already pay into a system they cannot use.

But Vargas himself hasn’t always lived up to that claim.

According to court documents obtained by Red Alert Politics, Vargas was hit with a $41,945.44 tax lien in a court notice on Jan. 7, 2015 for failing to pay taxes in 2010. According to the notice, the date of the assessment was Sept. 23, 2013. (read more)

Some 276 "sanctuary cities," nearly 50 percent more than previously revealed, released over 8,000 illegal immigrants with criminal records or facing charges free despite federal requests that they be turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement for deportation, according to an explosive new report.

"The Obama administration has given sanctuaries free rein to ignore detainers by ending the successful Secure Communities program and replacing it with the Priority Enforcement Program. This new program explicitly allows local agencies to disregard ICE notifications of deportable aliens in their custody by replacing detainers with 'requests for notification,'" wrote [Jessica M.] Vaughan. Some quick common core* math tells me these so called 'sanctuary cities' were letting go about 33.9 arrested illegals per day.

My question is by what circumstance, victims of crimes are considered less of a victim when the perpetrator is an illegal alien? Maybe I'm missing something.

As of 2009 the US General Accounting Office puts the number at 10.8 million aliens "without lawful immigration status".
