My new favorite Actress!

Nicole Kidman encourages everyone to support Donald Trump

New York Pos By Lia Eustachewich January 12, 2017

Nicole Kidman has a message to those still in denial over Donald Trump’s election – get over it.
The Aussie actress, who has dual citizenship, addressed Trump’s surprise victory in an interview with the BBC.
“I just say, he’s now elected, and we as a country need to support whoever’s the president because that’s what the country’s based on,” she said.
The mom of four admitted she’s usually tight-lipped about her political views.
“I’m always reticent to start commenting politically, I’ve never done it in terms of America or Australia. I’m issue based,” she said.
She said she’s speaking out now because the election is over.
“Whatever, however that happened, he’s there and let’s go,” she said.
Kidman, a UN Women goodwill ambassador who stars in the Golden Globe-nominated flick “Lion,” added that she’s “very, very committed to women’s issues.”
(That took a lot of guts. Just saying what is normal to say about a new president is now an act of considerable courage in the cesspool that is Hollywood. The only actress with bigger balls is Bailey Jay. Just sayin')

The Turkish man who lay in front of a tank

Metin Dogan, 40, didn’t think twice before he put himself in front of a tank and between armed soldiers attempting to take over the country on Friday - and told them to 'go over me or go away'.
‘When I lay down, I aligned my whole body, because I wanted my heart, my brain, and all my organs all to be crushed at once.

‘I’m waiting to see how that one second is going to feel. I didn’t want to miss that one second, If I miss that one second I would have felt like I missed something huge, so I’m waiting there, concentrating, waiting to see how that second is going to feel because that’s death.'

Metin, who served in the Turkish army himself when he was 30-years-old, said he had no doubt what he was doing was right – and his actions have been praised all over the world with #tankman trending on Twitter.

As soon as the medical student saw tanks on television on Friday night he wasted no time in running to the streets to face off with Turkish soldiers – and was thoroughly prepared to die for his country.

‘I immediately turned to my brother and said you have kids and a family — but I’m going. And I just left without letting them say anything or think about it,’ he told MailOnline.

Courageous Palestinian Christian confronts 60 Minutes

Christy (Anastas, apparently), a Palestinian Christian relates her experience as citizen under Palestinian Authority.

Seen on PJ media lifestyle cross-posted on Roger Simon's site there. Simon's take is the Walter Durante Prize for mendacious journalism is well-considered for awarding Bob Simon for his 60 Minutes report "Christians of the Holy Land" in which Israel is blamed for violence and for Christians leaving in such large numbers. The video received in email from CAMERA, Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting describes a different situation entirely. The woman was granted asylum in Britain and lives under threat.

The video was pulled from YouTube but put up again by the efforts Jerusalem Institute for Justice, but there is no certainty it will stay up.

I find the comments on YouTube to this video well informed. "I hold your finger."

This is irrelevant but I fell in love on the spot. Her eyes are extraordinary. She has me. I'm hers.
