Christy (Anastas, apparently), a Palestinian Christian relates her experience as citizen under Palestinian Authority.

Simon's take is the Walter Durante Prize for mendacious journalism is well-considered for awarding Bob Simon for his 60 Minutes report "Christians of the Holy Land" in which Israel is blamed for violence and for Christians leaving in such large numbers. The video received in email from CAMERA, Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting describes a different situation entirely. The woman was granted asylum in Britain and lives under threat.
The video was pulled from YouTube but put up again by the efforts Jerusalem Institute for Justice, but there is no certainty it will stay up.
I find the comments on YouTube to this video well informed. "I hold your finger."
This is irrelevant but I fell in love on the spot. Her eyes are extraordinary. She has me. I'm hers.

By all means, lets give them more money for that. Go U.N. braintrust. Let's get them kids slaughtered faster.
I have to admit that her physical attractiveness and presence kept me listening far longer than I would have otherwise. They have a star here. The facts she states are well known to people who have been listening, but she may get them the attention they need.

Israel allows even Moslems to practice their faith, so, yeah, it's all Israel's fault.
She's far too good-looking to ever get thrown to the lions so the Romans would have probably made her a sex slave.
Most Islamic nations are closed systems. The left commonly support these closed systems because of the related victim mentality -- even though the closed systems do not value women, free speech or homosexuals.
And certainly these closed Islamic systems do not recognize religious tolerance and religious freedom. Much like the modern day prog-left!
She's smart, brave, and strikingly good looking. She has a future but not in PLO occupied lands. Better to just press the reset button and become British or American. The Palestinian Christians are a lost cause within a losing cause. She doesn't belong to an officially recognized victim class and is not entitled to damages. Some other unrecognized victims are the ethnic Chinese of Vietnam, the Ndebele tribe of Zimbabwe, the Volga Germans, and the Anatolian Greeks. If you wish to have official victim status, you cannot suffer at the hands of Communists or third world nationalists.
