Declassification

Via PJ Morning briefing: 

Late Thursday evening, President Trump ordered several agencies to cooperate with Attorney General Barr's investigation into the origins of the RUSSIA-collusion hoax and gave Barr the authority to “declassify, downgrade, or direct the declassification or downgrading of information or intelligence” as he sees fit.

The White House statement reads:

Today, at the request and recommendation of the Attorney General of the United States, President Donald J. Trump directed the intelligence community to quickly and fully cooperate with the Attorney General’s investigation into surveillance activities during the 2016 Presidential election.

The Attorney General has also been delegated full and complete authority to declassify information pertaining to this investigation, in accordance with the long-established standards for handling classified information.

"Did Erdogan STAGE the coup?"

A US-based Turkish cleric accused of plotting a coup to overthrow the Ankara government has claimed President Recep Erdogan staged the rebellion himself to justify a major clampdown on opposition forces.

Fethullah Gulen, who was a former key ally of Erdogan has been blamed by the politician of using his contacts to develop a 'parallel structure' to overthrow the state.

Erdogan has called on US President Barack Obama to extradite Gulen, who is based in Pennsylvania.

If This Is True......

Honestly, I'm not sure what to make of this article.  It's a depressing read for a Monday morning, or any morning for that matter.

A military coup in the US?  Our power grid brought down by a nuclear attack?  The US military deploying offshore to save itself from an attack on land?  Russian troops invited in to help "crowd control"?

It's easy to read the article here and believe that it's probably fiction.  And equally easy to read it and believe that it may be true.  What do you think?
